Mi apartamento está ubicado a 1 cuadra de la bahía ya 3 cuadras del océano en el corazón de la hermosa ciudad de Ventnor. 5 minutos en coche de Atlantic City. ¡Todo lo que necesita está a pocas cuadras, incluida la playa! Es una planta alta de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con excelente luz. 19 nuevas ventanas instaladas en septiembre del '18 por lo que obtiene una gran brisa del océano / bahía. Puede obtener un pico de la bahía desde la cubierta frontal y también desde la habitación de atrás. Parrilla Weber en las instalaciones para que los huéspedes puedan usar y disfrutar del patio trasero.

* Incluido en la estadía de verano: 4 bicicletas, 4 etiquetas de playa, 4 sillas de playa, refrigerador, 3 tablas de surf, toallas de playa. ¡Estás listo para la playa!

He alquilado el apartamento de la planta baja durante 6 años y recientemente compré toda la propiedad en julio de 2018. Desde que lo poseí, he hecho lo siguiente e incluye estas cosas.

- Nuevo trabajo de pintura y se ve muy bien si lo digo yo mismo :)

- Se reemplazaron las 19 ventanas en el departamento.

-Alfombra rasgada y pisos de madera de pino viejos restaurados.

-Nuevos muebles nuevos en todas las habitaciones nunca se utilizaron a partir de octubre de 2018.

- Tanque instalado sin calentador de agua a gas para que NUNCA se quede sin agua caliente.

-Remodelación de cocina completa. Nueva estufa, microondas, gabinetes, fregadero, encimera de cuarzo arabesco blanco.

-3 televisores inteligentes en la unidad. A 32 pulgadas en cada habitación y 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar. NFL Sunday ticket para disfrutar si estás aquí un domingo.

-Hermoso patio trasero con parrilla Weber para su uso.

-Cámara de seguridad ubicada en el exterior de la casa.

-Gran vecindario y vecinos.

-Soy un anfitrión experimentado de alquiler a corto plazo y puse meses de trabajo en este apartamento y estoy extremadamente orgulloso de ello. Así que ven, quédate y pasa el rato y disfrútalo, a mí y a mi perro Arlo nos encantaría tenerte

-Bienvenido a todos y cada uno de 4 invitados o menos. Familias, padres que visitan la nueva universidad cercana de Stockton, parejas, personas que viajan por negocios o simplemente de visita. Venga a disfrutar de una propiedad bien cuidada y cuidada. Gran experiencia garantizada !!!

Todo el piso de arriba. El patio. Estacionamiento en la calle disponible. Garaje si necesita almacenar algo durante su visita.

Viviré justo debajo, así que siempre estaré disponible si tienes alguna pregunta o inquietud, pero mientras estés aquí es tu apartamento y no te molestaré a menos que me necesites.

Great condo for a small group

Great location - 5 min walk to the beach. Super clean and both bedrooms have bathrooms. Features a balcony as well as sun room. Kyle was a great host and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. Highly recommend!

Ventnor City Getaway

Excellent property even better than described! The owner, Kyle was great to work with. Extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Well stocked with supplies. Short walk to a lovely beach! We highly recommend and hope we can return!

Nicest VRBO ever stayed in!

This VRBO was absolutely wonderful! Booking was very easy, communication with owner accurate and timely! The property was amazing, super clean and had all amenities that we needed! Enough space for separation from the children at night! I would refer this property to everybody!

Beautiful property and friendly owner

Rental experience was easy from start to finish. Kyle was always available to answer questions. The apartment was spacious and clean! The upkeep is phenomenal. Plenty of room for 4 people and two bathrooms too! I will definitely be returning and renting from Kyle again. He had everything available for us to use, no need for us to pack anything but our clothes and some food. Five stars all the way!!!!

Perfect spot

Kyle’s property is just what we were looking for. An affordable, super clean and updated place to hang out and sleep, in between relaxing on the beach. The small deck out front came in handy too. We just loved it and we’ll be back for sure. The bikes and beach chairs were a huge plus and made packing easier. The apartment is pristine, comfortable and a ten minute (if that) walk to the beach.

Everything you need

Kyle was an awesome host and his home was not only super comfortable but super clean. We were apprehensive in using a home share during the pandemic but Kyle's beach house changed all that. Everything was clean and disinfected upon our arrival. We had brought our own towels, linens and blankets but after seeing how the home was kept, we didn't need to use them. Kyle has literally thought of everything you'd need from toiletries and extra disinfectants to creamer for your Keurig coffee. Also plenty of beach chairs, toys and bikes. The house is a short walk to beach and there are many places to eat near by that were open for business. Plenty of street parking in front of house and there is a partial bay view from the front porch. He also has a very nice back yard that guests can use and have a bbq. Book here for a safe and comfortable beach vacation. All you have to do is pack a bag.

Wonderful get away in a perfect place

Kyle's appartment was nothing short of perfect. The 5 stars speak for themselves. We had everything we needed and we were able to bike all over Ventnor and Margate, up to Atlantic City on the boardwalk. The location was great and the apartment owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We will see you again!

Super Clean

Super Clean, and relaxed environment. Popped into Jersey for a quick getaway and Kyle made me and my cousin feel so comfortable and safe. I got to lay out at the beach and get away from the business of the city. Great find.

Perfect place for a shore getaway

We were super impression with this property. It came with everything we needed, especially since we came from out of town; bikes, beach chairs, beach tags. beach towels, toys, etc. Kyle was a great host. He was always available to answer our questions. Location was perfect. Right by the Bay and only a 2 minute bike ride to the boardwalk. The place was spotless when we arrived and it met all our expectations

Immaculate, Adorable Rental

I stayed in Ventnor City apartment for a long weekend (Thursday thru Sunday) and was totally charmed by this sweet rental. The photos are definitely accurate to what you will find when you walk in each room. They only thing that the photos don't capture is the high ceilings... which give the unit a super spacious feel. To say the unit is clean is an understatement... it is immaculate. We slept in the front bedroom with the en suite bathroom. The mattress & pillows were very comfortable & the linens were soft, stain free & inviting. Ample room in bedroom walk in closet for all your belongings with plenty of hangers provided. Bathroom and all fixtures was spotless...not an errant hair to be found anywhere. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. We ate out for the 3 nights, many cute restaurants, cafes and eateries all in walking distance. Even though we didn't utilize the kitchen... it was well appointed to prepare meals. Took advantage of the Keurig and stocked selection of coffee pods to get our day started each morning. when sitting on the sun porch. Enjoyed use of the beach bikes and chairs that are available to renters. Beach chairs are "backpack" style with straps, so you can easily carry them. Full disclosure, I was a bit hesitant to book when I read the owner, Kyle lived downstairs.....but he was helpful, informative and unobtrusive. Think of him like a chilled out concierge. Very responsive to phone & text inquires and you can see how much pride he takes in ownership of this sweet gem. I gladly give this rental , my highest recommendation and look forward to visiting Ventor City, NJ and this rental again.

Kyle’s place is so warm and inviting and amazingly clean and in such a great area. We really enjoyed our stay. Kyle is an outstanding host, he is super friendly and goes above and beyond with what he offers in addition to great accomodation - bikes, beach chairs, beach tags, he even helped us with our bags and gave us fresh tomatoes from his garden! Can not recommend Kyle or his place highly enough.

Perfect home away from home

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was super clean, comfortable and very spacious. Kyle is a wonderful, welcoming and gracious host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Clean and great host

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Kyle’s place! It was very clean and had a great indoor and outdoor porch. Each bedroom was very large and we loved having 2 full baths. Kyle was a phenomenal host and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning next summer! If you are looking for a great place to spend some time in Ventnor/Margate this is a great option!

Super Clean Great Space for a Vacation

Nicely laid out property within walking distance to numerous restaurants, stores and the beach. On site landlord was the nicest and most accommodating person I've ever met. Stellar experience. Treated us like family. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at Kyle's place. He is the consummate host and went above and beyond in every way. For instance, we arrived early and Kyle let me elderly father sit in the air conditioning even though the place was being cleaned. He even had fresh vegetables from his garden that he had picked for us to eat. The place is also everything that is advertised and more. It's stocked with all of the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Plus the location is an easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend Kyle as a host and this condo as a place to stay in Ventnor!

Look no further , this is the place to be.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Kyle is an outstanding host . The location was only a 5 to 10 min walk to the beach with everything you need close by. I look forward to staying here again if its available so book as soon as you can cause a place like this is hard to come by 5 STARS all the way.

Great Vacation in Ventnor!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home! The property is well appointed with all the comforts of home. It’s super clean and the layout is perfect for families. Kyle (and Arlo) are wonderful hosts! Very warm and welcoming. I was so impressed with all the little extras that Kyle thought of to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this fabulous property!

Hey I'm Kyle. I just recently purchased this property after having rented the downstairs unit for 6 years. I'm a big sports fan originally from Ohio so root for all Cleveland teams unfortunately lol :(. I love living near the beach and Atlantic City. I'm always grilling or cooking up something. Love going to to good restaurants. If you're here during the Summer I always have a garden going so free peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes while you're visiting during Summer :)
