Hermosa Casa de playa Casa familiar en Ventnor!

Triplex en Ventnor propiedad de mis abuelos Salvatore y Giuseppina de 1985-1999. Cuando vi que esta propiedad salió a la venta el año pasado, compré y renové por completo la casa de mi infancia en una hermosa casa de vacaciones de verano con temática de casa de playa. Mis recuerdos favoritos eran despertar a las gaviotas risueñas, hablar italiano en familia y no entender una palabra y ver los fuegos artificiales desde el muelle en el paseo marítimo. Esta casa tiene mucho valor sentimental para mí y se la pasaré a mis hijos un día:) Una familia se queda en el Piso 2-3 y el alquiler vacacional es Planta baja sin escaleras.

Totalmente amueblado casa a tres cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo! Wi-Fi gratis. Televisor de pantalla plana de 65 "y 1080p en la sala de estar. ¡6 etiquetas de playa, 4 sillas de playa, carrito de playa y sombrilla! ¡Fácil acceso al hogar desde el teclado!

Las camas son una cama Queen Size, una cama de tamaño completo, un sofá cama Queen y un sofá de Futon que se convierte en una cama Twin. Proporcionamos ropa de cama y almohadas. Proporcione sus propias toallas, artículos de tocador, jabones y otros accesorios. ¡También tenemos una lavadora y secadora para usted!

La ubicación es simplemente increíble. Estamos en Ventnor / Margate Border. Puedes caminar a la playa o a la bahía. Atlantic City y los casinos están a solo 3-4 millas de distancia. Siempre camino, pero puedes conducir si quieres.

Hay tanto que hacer y tan poco tiempo. Enormes distritos de compras cercanos en Atlantic City, paseos en helicóptero, casinos, restaurantes, atracciones y juegos en el paseo marítimo. Funnel Cake (Mi pasión), Mini Golf, Wawa, Mirando el océano desde el muelle. Y la vista más icónica de todas. Un elefante de acero de 65 pies en la playa de Margate llamado Lucy.

Ventnor es el pequeño y hermoso pueblo de playa que has visto en todas tus películas favoritas.(Tiburón) Esta ciudad tiene mucho que hacer y una multitud de pequeñas empresas familiares y restaurantes para comer. Prefiero Sapore.

Maravillosa ubicación cerca de otras playas como Wildwood, Cape may (¡ideal para ver ballenas!) y Even Story Book land.

La vida es muy corta, disfruta de tu tiempo. No pelee ni discuta. Reír, pasar mucho tiempo con la familia, caminar por la playa junto al agua, despertar a las gaviotas y vivir todos los días y el verano porque no sabemos lo que el mañana nos trae. Esperamos que su familia pueda quedarse en casa de nuestras familias y tenga los mismos buenos recuerdos que tenemos hoy.

Convenient and fully adequate

Chris was a great host - very responsive with easy to follow instructions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and having the beach cart, badges, chairs and umbrella was so helpful!

This property was very clean and comfortable with little perks like shampoos, lotions, coffee, teas and spices. We loved that it was private un the back and lovlived all the fig trees! It was close to the beach too.

A great vacation at Camino’s Cove!

We had a great time & made memories that we will cherish forever ❤️. The booking & check in were super easy & Chris was an amazing host. He replied quickly each time & was always available if needed. He even checked in with us a couple times to make sure we were having a wonderful time & to ask us if we needed anything. We were close to stores, the beach, many restaurants, Atlantic City & not too far from Ocean City boardwalk, We will definitely be coming back to Camino’s Cove next year!😎🏖️😊

Very convenient short stay

My husband and I had a very enjoyable short stay . The place was 3 blocks - a very manageable distance- to the beach and boardwalk. Close to many restaurants. The host has provided all the necessary items, including towels, toiletries, kitchen necessities, and even beach chairs. And we were comfortably cool even though the weather was in the 90s every day.

Comfortable and well-stocked rooms with extra towels, blankets, paper towels, kitchen necessities, etc. A driveway right next to our front door made for easy and convenient parking. Owner was extremely accommodating and responsive.

This property is very clean and had everything we needed so we only had to pack our clothes, which is huge when you're in a small car. It's within easy walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Chris reached out frequently to see if we needed anything.

Good little house for a short trip to the beach. Twin beds are not the most comfortable, but doable for a few days. Nice quiet neighborhood only 3 blocks to the beach. They are long blocks, but the trolley provided along with the chairs and umbrella make it an easy walk.

Camino Cove - Ventnor, NJ

Chris is an exceptional communicator and made sure everything was just right from prior to check in, throughout our stay and through check out. His house is well cared for and you can tell Chris takes great pride in the property. There were many nice extras at the house that we didn’t expect such as the beach chairs, umbrella, and caddy. Also, the towels, bathroom accessories, and other paper products were a nice surprise and much appreciated. The story of Chris acquiring the property and his childhood at the house were touching. Our family and son’s friends enjoyed the property and time at the shore before going back to school. The location is within walking distance to many places to eat and a short drive to other shore towns. Two thumbs up!

Everything you need

Everything was neat and the owner made everything easy. He provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as a beach cart and all the bath amenities one needed. The only thing we had to bring were bath towels. He even included beach towels. It made it a REALLY EASY packing job going both ways because everything was already there we didn't have to bring much besides our clothes and bathingsuits.

The property was perfect for our short getaway for the 4th of July weekend. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants and ice cream shops. Wonderful touch that we didn't have to bring our own towels or linens. Chris was so communicative - he reached out every morning with different helpful tips for our stay. He was great to work with!

Excellent choice, Clean, Quiet & Relaxing!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped unit for our vacation at the Jersey shore. The location is perfect, as it is so close to the beach and/or bay along with numerous, shops, restaurants & area attractions. A huge bonus is the private off-street parking and large & comfortable outdoor seating area. Chris, was top-notch in responding quickly to any of our questions and communicated often to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We would highly recommend a vacation @ Camino Cove!

Great getaway!

This was our first time renting a house through home away. We really needed this time away and it was more than we could ask for. Chris was very responsive and Dan was right there to make sure we had everything we needed. My grandson gave the place 2 thumbs up which is pretty impressive for a 5 year old.

Great Ventnor Experience

New, absolutely top-notch location for a relaxing vacation in Ventnor. Four blocks from the beach, beach tags provided, clean throughout the two-bedroom flat, big-screen TV, large rooms, very effective AC (it was very hot when we were there, didn't matter when we were inside because of the cool comfort level. Special shout-for Dan, who takes care of the facility and you during your stay, and Chris, the owner. We've stayed at five or six VRBO places over the years, this one is hands down the best.

Great Ventnor get-away

In my mind Ventnor is the best place on the Jersey shore. In the height of the season, the beaches were not very crowded! The apartment was well located, and the property managers who live upstairs could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was super clean and comfortable and has parking spot! Highly recommend.

I bought this property last year because it was sentimental. Growing up in a Big Italian family we would go to the shore in Ventnor every summer. This house belonged to my grandparents Salvatore and Giuseppina from 1985-1999 and when i saw it for sale last year i purchased it with the purpose for a full restoration and passing it down to my children one day. I love this property

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The smell in the air of the salt water. The hearing of laughing seagulls in the morning. Just Three blocks from beach and bay. 3-4 miles from Atlantic City, their casinos, restaurants and shopping districts. This is a home run!
