This home features a reverse living design with the kitchen and living area upstairs while half of the bedrooms are located downstairs, along with access to the private hot tub and ground-level deck. The large upstairs balcony features a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and plenty of space to enjoy Sunriver's fabulous year-round sunshine.

This home is close to a bike path that will provide you with access to Fort Rock Park and over 40 miles of hiking and biking opportunities. The Village at Sunriver is just a short drive away and offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mt. Bachelor is just over 20 miles away, offering a variety of winter and summer outdoor activities.

Good House but could be Great

Great location and floor plan but this house needs some TLC. A deep clean inside and outside would do wonders (heavy dust on blinds, garage dirty, cobwebs on high windows also bits of trash around the outside) Refreshing and upgrading the the plastic patio furniture would make it much more enjoyable space, as would replacing the many chipped dinner plates.

Decent house but not very clean

The house itself was generally OK, but there were a number of things that weren’t clean, including the wood floors, which we ended up cleaning by hand with damp cloths. Hopefully this isn’t how the house always is and others experiences are better.

Great house, needs better cleaning

The house was great size and perfect for 8 people! Kitchen was stocked great. Cleanliness of the house could be improved significantly. Showers, floors, countertops & bedding were good but everything was very very dusty, like the blinds and tops of dressers. Empty cans and trash underneath furniture. Lots of fans were provided which was great, but for not having any AC I feel the fans should be cleaned. They were EXTREMELY dusty. The outlets didn't work in the downstairs bathroom. Also a heads up, the listing doesn't say there is sharc passes or a coffee pot so I messaged host to ask and they confirmed there was not, but there were both a coffee pot and sharc passes which we definitely used and loved! Overall good stay. We would consider renting this house again if the cleaning was improved.

Nice house but needs a refresh

Nice house with good set up but needs a bit of a refresh. Carpets were stained, pillows horribly flat, kitchen not well stocked.

Overall good stay

Clean house, comfy beds. Nicely laid out, appreciate the extras like ping pong table, great tv with Netflix included, clean hot tub and good bikes. Gas grill not working as well as 2 of 4 stovetops. Otherwise kitchen well kitted out and working.

Perfect!

The house was so spacious and accommodating for our large family. Plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was perfect for prepping our family Thanksgiving Dinner! Being so close to Fort Rock Park was also a big bonus. Great memories were made this weekend and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to make them in this amazing home!

Great for larger families

Went for my dads birthday. My wife and kids were able to take over the downstairs (awesome kids room), while my sister, brother in law, and parents had the upstairs. House was clean, but there are some maintenance things that need to be taken care of.

Great Stay for Guys Golf Weekend

We had a great trip for a boys golf weekend. House was clean, well furnished and everything was functional. Location is great, has plenty of parking and a great hot tub. Main living area is upstairs (not downstairs living room). Not a negative, but good to know if you have folks who had trouble traversing stairs.

Sunriver house crag 5

The house is located on a cul de sac loop, ideal for evening bike rides for the littles. Very Family friendly home. There is no AC, which we knew when we rented the home. There are portable fans in all the rooms, but AC would be a welcome addition. We were needing to launder towels frequently with showers, swimming and hot tub. The problem was the we needed to run the dryer thru several cycles to get the towels dry. The dryer needs to be looked at. Also, problems with getting the outdoor grill to heat up over 250 degrees. Our guys had to tinker around with it every time they used it. Overall, the house was great for our group.

Great spacious home!

The home was great! Only thought was the fans in the closets needed repairs - knobs broken on 2 of them, third was falling apart. Other than that, A+++

Mixed review of home.

We had 7 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler staying for 7 days. It was a very mixed review of the property. I would say that unless they fix a couple of things this home is not suited for families with toddlers. The 2nd floor windows go to the floor with a simple latch that you can turn to open the window, with two of the windows not having any screens. This is a huge safety issue and at least needs to be either addressed by putting some safety measures on the windows, or a notation on the property that it's not toddler friendly. (I did leave notes in regards to this issue and hope that it's taken seriously.) We put a suitcase in front of the bedroom window and a chair blocking a living room window that was easily accessible to a toddler. That is not a vacation if you are worried that your toddler will fall out the window. The baby gate to put on the stairs, (to corral said toddler), was broken. We called the phone number listed to rent another one with no return call. The spaces suited us very well, big bathrooms with counter space, comfortable beds, washer and dryer were great. There were only 8 outdoor chairs all upstairs on the deck, no outdoor seating downstairs to sit outside and watch kids play. The refrigerator had no shelf bars on the interior door so we had less space to put 7 days of food we needed in the fridge. Day 2 we had an issue with the oven not working and we had to call maintenance to fix it. They were amazingly prompt and kind and accommodating! They get 10 stars! Since the oven wasn't working we had to use some of the other appliances to cook the big meal we had planned. Very frustrating when the electric griddle and the toaster oven, neither one worked. Parts of the home were clean, parts were not. If you're at all a germophobe, you will be greatly disappointed. If you have kids and aren't worried about dirt, than this will suit you. There were ample dishes and cookware. Keep in mind that there is no A/C in this home (as far as we could tell) and it's hot in the summer. The LR windows were so badly hard water stained that you couldn't see out of them. Hot tub was nice and hot but the decking around it gave way when one of our guests went to put the cover on. I did leave a note about that and I'm sure it will be fixed as it's a safety issue. Several kids bikes, and 3 adult size bikes; 2 of the 3 adult bikes had completely worn unuseable seats. We had to rent 4 bikes at a cost of $212. so add that to your budget.

Spring Break March 2021

Great House with plenty of room to spread out. Nice location in the middle of Sunriver, so it’s easy to get to the Village or out to Hwy 97 and walking distance to Fort Rock Park. There’s a couple of things keeping it from being 5 stars, nothing new from the other reviews posted.

Very comfortable, some updates would make it great.

The two king suites were perfect for our needs, and the house could well accommodate more than the 7 people we had. The heating system was spotty, with hot and cold zones throughout. The wood fireplace and bathrooms were great and the main room was comfortable and fun. The kitchen had very worn appliances with an oven that wouldn't fully close and turned on and off randomly. The fridge was missing bars on the doors, so the capacity was limited. The cookware was scratched and old. With a refresh, this house would be a total gem.

Great house and location

Great house, but needs deep cleaning. Very dusty and has cobwebs. Also, there wasn't any cleaning products at all, we needed some for kitchen after cooking. Most houses we stay at have a few products.

Right next to the park!

My family had a great time at this rental. The park was a short walk from the house and it was great for the kids. Lots of bikes to ride to the village. This house also has 10 SHARC passes.
