Warm and welcoming. This Lake Ida home is a mile to Atlantic blvd and less then 2 miles to the beach. Recently renovated, large living room to open kitchen with all new appliances. Step out the back door to a private oasis that begins with a 20x20 covered porch that can be enclosed with motorized remote control phantom screens all around. A heated pool with a spa is in a beautifully landscaped private backyard.
Delray Beach passes for two chaise lounges and umbrella are included, you can ride one of our bikes to the beach.

We are from Fairfield,CT and recently bought this beautiful home to retire in some day and enjoy during our free time now. It is completely renovated and has the most private backyard and pool. We live on Long Island sound and enjoy swimming in both locations. We are so excited about the area, there is so much to do and see , and we hope others will enjoy this little slice of heaven as well.
