Plas Ywis refurbished Victorian farm building that offers the charms of a bygone era and are equipped with the modern conveniences of today. It provides you with private garden space that offers a picnic atmosphere for you to enjoy all year round. The open and spacious living area has a full sized kitchen with all of the modern appliances you can expect in a self catering facility with wonderfully cosy open fires to take the chill off on cool evenings.

With lots to do for couples, families or groups whether you like walking, cycling, golfing, climbing or just relaxing on the beach.

We had a lovely holiday here. The location is very good for sightseeing, we saw all the Edward castles. Cottage is fine.

amazing location

This is an amazing place set in beautiful grounds. Stunning views all around and very close to Llandudno, Anglesey and Betws-y-Coed. Also worth a visit is Harlech for its superb beach. The house itself is well kept and has all you need. The games room has a table tennis table and massive connect 4. Welcome pack with milk in fridge always a bonus. Will be back. Steve

Beautiful, peaceful location. A really well appointed property and really helpful owners.

The property was just as described and really well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was really helpful, responding to any queries really quickly. Plas Yw is in an ideal location within easy distance of the coast and of Snowdonia . Llandudno, Conwy and Colwyn Bay are all short journeys north, and Betws-Y-Coed is a short trip south. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely cottage and great base for Snowdon

We recently stayed at Plas Yw cottage and what a delight. Everything you needed was there to make you feel at home and to take the stresses away. The cottage is situated in a courtyard and kept to a high standard. The whole area was clean and tidy and plenty of spaces in the car park, which also held great recycling facilties. On arrival the little touches of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk are always welcome and seem to be a normal thing to have now, but I certainly didn't expect fresh flowers too! We didn't use the log fire but everything was there to do so. We were amazed by the size of the private gardens ( great for BBQ) and area, also had a games room which we used for table tennis. Lots of space in the cottage itself so nobody was on top of each other. All in all we enjoyed ou stay here and would certainly recommend to anyone. It was a good base for Snowdon, Conwy, Llanduduo and the surrounding area which is a beautiful part of the world.
