Apartment "crossing" on the ground floor of 35 m2 with terrace of 25 m2, located in the historic center of Sainte Maxime 5 minutes walk from the beach but quiet. In an old bourgeois house. The bedroom with 160 bed has a window and shutters, the bathroom shower also has a window. linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) cleaning is also included. Animals are welcome.

Sonnige Tage in Sainte-Maxime

Zum Apartment gehört ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die kleine Terrasse bietet mit Markise und Sonnenschirm genug Schatten an heißen Tagen. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten hinaus gelegen ist, kann man nachts ruhig schlafen. Ausgestattet ist sie mit allem was nötig ist. Zur Altstadt mit seinen vielen Geschäften und Restaurants sind es wenige Meter. Ebenfalls zum Stadtstrand, der sehr groß und sandig ist. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist bestens. Es gibt auch kleinere Buchten fußläufig, allerdings sind dann Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Ausflugsziele gibt es ausser Saint Tropez noch Fréjus und Saint Raphael. Wir haben 1 Woche in Caroline 's Apartment verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour !

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du port, de la plage et des commerces et restaurants. Il est parfaitement entretenu et les propriétaires, même si nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de les rencontrer, sont toujours restés joignables et de très bons conseils !

Appartement super, une propreté irréprochable ce qui est fort agréable. L’emplacement est top, à côté de tout (mer,port,restaurants,commerces…) a pieds. La petite terrasse est un gros plus ainsi que la place de parking. Appartement au calme et près du centre, nous avons adoré et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super séjour

Appartement très agréable , d une propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est top , tout est à proximité. Le parking privé , un plus, bien appréciable. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. La communication avec Caroline est très facile , elle est charmante, malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu nous rencontrer. N’hésitez pas à louer l’appartement. Et la terrasse est super agréable même au mois de Mars .

Schöne Tage in Sainte Maxime

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann die Gegend ohne weiteres zu Fuss erkunden. Restaurants, Strand und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Wohnung war sehr nett eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Eine sonnige Terasse hat das Bild abgerundet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder ein paar Tage nach Sainte Maxime. Carolin war eine gute Gastgeberin und wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen jederzeit an Sie wenden.

Sehr Schöne Ferienwohnung

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, zentral gelegen und super eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ganz neu und modern. Es ist alles da. Von der Spülmaschine über Salz Pfeffer Kaffeemaschine uvm. Eine sehr schöne Terasse und einen eigenen Parkplatz. Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich gleich gekümmert. Auf jeden Fall zum weiterempfehlen!

Eine Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offenlässt! Komfortabel und durchdacht eingerichtet mit einer wunderschönen kleinen Terrasse - genial. Dazu die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und eine tolle Lage. Sainte Maxime ist ein richtiger Geheimtip an der Côte d´Azur. Alles in Allem unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Beautiful place for holidays for two at anytime

Dear Caroline, we just want to say thank you for your support, all your patience and the very warm welcome. We loved to spent our short holidays in your cosy apartment; everthing was clean and fine. As guests we had all amenities we were looking for - even the sun on the small but very private terrace - in November! Situated in the historc center of St. Maxime is quite excellent and the private car park a candy in that location :-) All in all we can only recommend the accommodation and we will be back for sure. Propriétaires charmants et accueillants. Tout est prévu à l'intérieur de l'appartement pour des vacances idéales. Literie très confortable. Appartement idéalement situé près du centre ville et des plages mais sans les inconvénients. La terrasse-jardinet est un plus. Photos conformes à la réalité.

Nicole et son mari sont des gens très charmants et respectueux (horaires,propreté) que tout propriétaire aimerait recevoir. Je leur donne les 5 étoiles sur tous les points malheureusement le site a quelques problèmes et bien qu'ayant octroyé la totalité des étoiles, le site ne les mets pas toutes. Désolée.
