Terrible

Dear Mikael, C'est Incroyable & Terrible When we arrived at the location we've to wait 3 hours before checking in and getting the keys. My Family waited in the car and couldn't go to the badroom. 5 children waiting in the car! I was waiting in te garden and I saw that the gras was sky high. My 18 year old son mowed the lawn later that day. In the lawn I saw a broken glass. After a couple of hours the concierge arrived. It was Ziyad. Strange because i had a conversation with Stéphane Constant. Ziyad was in a hurry and wanted to leave quickly. We saw that the appartment wasn't cleaned. Sow we called him back to look for him self. He said to us that it was cleaned and that the dust was from a couple of days before. He wasn't telling the truth. My hole finger was coverd with dust. In one bedroom it looked like the previous guest had just gotten up. The bed wasn't made. The sinks in the badroom were filthy, we saw hair in the shower drains, the water taps were filthy, the floor was filthy, everwhere there was dust, the beds were coverd with hair. I saw nails in the bedroom. The pillow of my son was covered with bloodstains. Nothing was cleaned. We did it our self. It as a beautiful day but for us it went down the drain. The dishwasher was full. We have to clean everything. Ziyad did one thing. But that was nothing in compare what my wife and I did. In the evening we saw cockroach crawling in the house. All very strange that the concierge said that it was his fault, he didn't

Maison fonctionnelle dans un cadre bucolique

Maison fonctionnelle et pratique dans un secteur très calme et bucolique. Un peu de décoration sur tous ces murs blancs aurait permis d’avoir une maison un peu plus chaleureuse et moins impersonnelle. Le canapé est très sale, ci bien que nous y avons mis un grand drap pour un peu plus d’hygiène. Une des couette avait une odeur acre insupportable et certains oreillers auraient besoin d’un bon lavage. Quant au ménage, il était très minimaliste (tâches au sol, poussière non faites à certains endroits, micron ondes pas nettoyé). Dommage de ne même pas laisser un fond de placard ! Des stores côté rue permettraient un peu plus d'intimité. La maison présente tout de même beaucoup d'atouts notamment avec ce grand garage, le grand jardin et la vue dégagée.

Just perfect

I use a wheelchair and the house was perfect for me with ground floor bedroom and roll-in shower. The house is modern, well equipped, immaculately clean and perfetly located for exploring the region. Great value too. Our agent Melissa was very helpful.

Très agréable séjour durant deux semaines, maison bien agencée et équipée dans un quartier très calme et proche de Guérande, des marais salants, marais de Briere... la chambre au rdc avec salle de douche est bien pratique. Grand jardin idéal pour les enfants. Si nous le pouvons nous y reviendrons. A conseiller

Good house in a good location

Modern house in pleasant, convenient location. Good standard of cleanliness and very friendly property agent. Good on-site parking, unfortunately broken lock on one set of patio doors and front door lock also needing service/repair, so some security issues. Property handbook would have been appreciated for refuse and recycling collection dates, WI-Fi password, etc, Good location for visiting the region. Plenty to see and do in the nearby villages and towns.

Agréable séjour dans une belle maison

Nous étions 4 personnes dont une personne à mobilité réduite. Nous avons grandement apprécié la maison: luminosité, agencement, situation. Elle était idéale pour mon beau frère qui a des problèmes de mobilité. Tout le matériel de cuisine était disponible. Confort de la literie. On a apprécié la situation très tranquille avec le grand champ pour profiter du soleil. Idéalement placé pour découvrir la région. Nous recommanderons la maison aux amis qui veulent séjourner dans la région.

Ruhe und Erholung in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage, um die herrliche Halbinsel Guérande zu erkunden und ist gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche), ruhig, sehr geräumig und hell. Einziger Nachteil: Leider war die WLAN-Verbindung sehr schlecht und meistens nicht nutzbar. Der Gastgeber war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Très bonne location, très pratique ; le ré de chaussée est très bien adapté à une personne en fauteuil; on gare facilement 2 voitures; les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le jardin derrière la maison et le coin TV .Villa très bien située, à proximité des salines et pas loin des plages, dans une rue calme .Grand confort et beaucoup de place dans la maison. Vraiment recommandé.

The property was excellent - great layout and everything we needed was there. Other than the floor, everything was very clean on arrival and the property manager sorted everything out efficiently and without fuss.

Maison très agréable à vivre, très claire et très calme. Un souci à notre arrivée : protèges matelas et housses d'oreillers sales ainsi qu'une couette de petit lit tachée de sang + la poubelle sous l'évier, non vidée, qui contenait les restes d'une carcasse de poulet moisis. Un examen plus approfondi de la maison avant livraison au client serait souhaitable avec changement de protèges matelas et housses d'oreillers. Cela dit, nous recommanderions cette jolie maison à des amis car nous l'avons bien appréciée.

Très bon séjour passé en famille. Maison fonctionnelle et moderne. Elle est bien équipée. On se sent "comme à la maison"! Le cadre est agréable. Extérieur charmand. On la recommande vivement et on reviendra. Seul petit bémol, barbecue électrique un peu petit pour famille nombreuse.

Je recommande vivement cette location, elle est parfaite et très bien équipée. Maison agréable, le propriétaire a véritablement pensé à tout pour que les locataires se sentent comme chez eux et passent de bonnes vacances. Literie parfaite, cuisine au TOP, espace intérieur et extérieur excellent pour passer un agréable séjour. Description de l'annonce en adéquation avec la réalité. Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir l'année prochaine. Tout est prévu pour qu'on se sente bien et comme chez soi. Accueil parfait et propriétaire extrêmement sympathique.

The house was built by local craftsmen with quality materials : Calimur insulating brick , traditional plaster , aluminum carpentry, motorized shutters , oak flooring in the rooms ... in order to have pleasant and comfortable holidays.

The location allows quick and easy access to the " blue route " and easily spread on the peninsula .
We especially appreciate the beauty of these unspoiled natural landscapes ( the salt marshes , the wild coast and the National Park of Brière ) and the authentic character of cities around us ( Guérande, Piriac , Batz, Croisic .. ) .
