The home features a bright, transitional interior with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, stylish décor, large porches, and high-end appliances; truly a picture-perfect Charleston retreat.
Unit A (3 Bedrooms | 2 Baths)
Enter through the large front porch into a spacious, open living area designed for gathering. The living room includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable and NFL Package, and a large dining table for six plus four barstools. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and a washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway closet.
One king bedroom and a full bath are located on the first floor, with access to a shared back porch. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and one with a queen bed, plus a full hallway bath. Enjoy the front porch or second-story balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Unit B (3 Bedrooms | 2 Baths)
Accessed from the shared rear porch, Unit B offers a similarly bright and stylish layout. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second floor, including a queen bedroom and a spacious king bedroom with a futon and TV. The third bedroom is on the top floor and features a king bed, ample closet space, and easy access to a second full bathroom. A brand-new washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to all three floors of the building. The property is well-lit, easy to navigate, and includes off-street parking, making arrival and departure simple and stress-free.
