Welcome to Fanta Sea - Located in Tower 3-1408!
This 2 Bedroom Gulf Front condo is located in Tower 3, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Islands National Seashore. Beautifully decorated condo with updated kitchen appliances and TV.

The private balcony features a grill with plenty of seating for your family!

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo and property. The view from the balcony was gorgeous; actually saw dolphins in the early morning hours. We ate at the on-site restaurants and found them to offer affordable and tasty options. The only tip I would extend to future guests is to bring your own trash bags for the kitchen and either tupperware or zip lock bags for left over food items.

Immaculate property & away from the busy touristy areas which I appreciate. Rare to find a condo to meet my standard of cleanliness. Still sanitized everything though (kids touch everything, yuck!) Really felt like "our" little vacation home. Exceptional view of beach which is good if you have a little one & can't get down to the water as often as you'd like. Nice having a pool exclusively for our tower. Resort community pool gets crowded but hey, if you like to meet & greet in the heat that's your spot. LOL! We enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in this property. Great facility with a lot of conveniences. Short walk onto the beach from this tower compared to other towers. There was one day where we returned from the beach and there was a maintenance person in our unit. We had not been contacted and I’m not sure why this was necessary DURING our stay when they could have scheduled maintenance in between stays. That was the only small “issue” and it wasn’t really an issue. Unit was clean, well decorated, and comfortable.

Our first vacation as a family of three and I’m so glad we picked the Portofino and this condo. The amenities were great and everyone was so nice to deal with. Check in and check out were super easy.
