Welcome to one of a kind, modern yet rustic house in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.
Featuring 2500+ sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/DR & LR, game room with Casino bar (Roulette, Black Jack, and Dice) and pool table, and playroom with table tennis, air hockey, foosball, bar, wide range of sport equipment, and tons of games. Cedar Barrel Sauna (wet sauna OR dry sauna, available all year long), Hot Tub (available all year long) - usable in any weather as it's covered by large wooden gazebo, AND stock tank pool (available from Memorial Day through Labor Day) - perfect for winter and summer fun!!
Our home features wooden deck with patio furniture, pergola, and gas BBQ grill (we provide gas), natural fire pit, MINIATURE golf play area, 6 hole golf, swing set, AND play house for kids, basketball court for big kids, and kiddie basketball for the little ones, sport equipment including pool table, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, badminton, bocce, darts (standard outdoor darts AND fuzzy indoor darts), several toss games, Yardzee, and much more.

Weather permitted (snow needed :) ) we have few snow tubes that could be used by kids directly on our property as part of our backyard is sloped.
Also available is Karaoke stand for those who love to sing - just connect your media OR sing along the TV :) (2 mikes available)

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French Press), toaster, waffle maker, blender, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more…

The living room offers electric fireplace and the entertainment room offers pellets stove which are in addition to electric heaters in all the rooms to ensure warmth and coziness in tough Pocono’s winter months. In summer air-conditioning is provided as well as dehumidifier for added comfort.
There are 6 smart TVs on the premises (each bedroom has a smart TV plus there is a 65" smart TV in the living room) with WIFI internet and Netflix and free smart TV channels (no cable). Guest are also able to log into their own TV provider.
All guests have also access to our laundry room with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bathroom. There are 4 additional bedrooms each furnished with queen size bed. All beds come with fresh/clean bedding & linens AND we provide 2 towels per person.

Away from home doesn’t have to be less comfortable than being home. Everything in our house, from furniture to decor, from mattresses to linens and towels were hand selected to ensure comfort, convenience, and relaxing atmosphere.
The house accommodation/sleeping arrangement is for 10 people but we can make exception for 2-3 additional small children (infant/toddlers) over the occupancy limit however the guest would be responsible to bring any required accessories/equipment for their sleeping arrangements.

The house is perfect for families and friends that are looking to spend some quality time away from their busy city lives, taking advantage of all that we AND the Poconos have to offer. It is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! The maximum nightly occupancy is 10 with prior approval for additional small children (infants/toddlers) and/or "day- guests/visitors".

Great Family Vacation house

We were two families - four adults with six kids aged 6-13 and everyone had fun. The house has something form everyone. The kids loved the mini golf and laser tag, the adults enjoyed days by the fire pit and nights in the hot tub. The basement game room was enjoyed by everyone. The house was perfectly appointed and is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at - It felt as if everything was brand new. comfortable furniture, well laid out, and space for everyone.. Amazing house for kids!

We stayed here with our family - my husband and our 2 boys (age 5 and 3) and our family friends - 2 parents and 3 kids (ages 6, 3, and 1). The house was beautiful and the kids had an absolute blast - there were infinite things for them to do and discover. There is an expansive game room, mini golf, a swingset, a play house, a hot tub, and so much more. The kitchen was well stocked and lovely to cook it, the outdoor space is perfect and spacious and we had a wonderful dinner outside. The location is also great - a private quiet getaway in the woods but close to the attractions of the Poconos. Couldn’t have been happier!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Donna’s home! It truly has everything you could possibly need! The beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for 5 women! We didn’t have enough time to enjoy all of the games and amenities, but there were a plethora of options!! After this trip I plan on coming here with my family! Activities Galore!

We had an amazing time at Donna and Paul’s house to celebrate our 40th birthdays! From the start, Donna was responsive and easy to communicate with. We spent the weekend at the house but would have to spend weeks there to enjoy all the fun activities! Everything was very clean and we greatly appreciated all the little notes throughout the house that explained how to play the many games and work the hot tub, sauna, air hockey, etc. It is evident that Donna and Paul take great pride in making sure all the systems and games stay organized and are ready for the next guest. Our friends and I are already trying to find another weekend to go back so we can do an Olympic challenge! If you are looking for a secluded property with PLENTY to do without having to go anywhere, this will be the perfect location for your stay!

Wonderful getaway for those with children. Every kind of game imaginable to keep the young ones entertained. We had a wonderful time at this gem of a home! So many activities and games to play for the entire family. We had 8 adults and 2 twin babies age 1. Overall, the house was pretty baby friendly, we brought some extra baby gates to place on the outside deck which worked out perfectly! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the linens were so soft! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook meals. I know other reviewers mentioned the rules posted but we appreciated them and found them very informative. We will most definitely be coming back.

Gem In The Pocono Woods

What a wonderful property this is for an occasion. Perfect for a getaway and tons of amenities for a birthday, family, bachelor or bachelorette party. First off the property can sleep 10 and is very clean. The house sits upon a large secluded hill, and offers many fun games such as darts, mini golf, Foosball, ping-pong to name a few. In the backyard there is a wonderful cute sauna and hotub. The property is prepared for all of your needs. Also a few fun attractions nearby, shooting range and a casino. We will be back!!

I was amazed at how much this property had to offer. We had a blast. So many amenities and fun activities available on site that we didn't have to go anywhere. We cooked dinner, BBQ'd chicken and steaks, used the fire pit and volleyball net, table tennis and pool. Awesome time.

So much family fun!

This house is a gem! The house itself is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. All the basics and essentials are provided - linens, towels, kitchen basics, toiletries, etc. Donna and Paul were quick to respond to every question/request and were very accommodating. They even left a little welcome basket. Some people mention the rules in their reviews, but honestly, they are common sense and just ask that you be respectful in their home - something I would hope everyone does anyway :) Now the BEST part of this home, especially for families, is the crazy amount of games, entertainment, and amenities they provide. We were NEVER bored. Our kids, ages 7 and 8, were in heaven. The backyard is huge, but even if the weather was bad, we would have enough inside to keep us happy for days. The house really was put together with guests in mind. We will be back!

An Absolute Gem!

This home is absolutely spectacular. Each room is perfectly decorated. There are so many amenities that will entertain guests of all ages. The homeowners Donna and Paul really go above and beyond as hosts. They provide an awesome scrapbook as a resource to acclimate their guests to everything in the area! perfect multi family home

So much fun!!! House is a self contained entertainment center!!! We were two families with six kids aged 4 - 12. There was something for EVERYONE. Outdoor space was great for sports and relaxing. indoor space was perfect for games and relaxing. House was FULLY EQUIPED and the CLEANEST house we have ever stayed at. Hosts were available and friendly. Don't be put off by the comments about "rules" . The "rules" are practical and completely reasonable. We didn't find it restrictive in anyway. Definite All Star house!

The house was exactly as pictured. The owners have thought about just about everything. The kids loved the game room and the backyard. The bedrooms don’t all have a lot of dresser space but all the bedrooms do have large closets. The owners were very accommodating and quick to reply to any questions we had.

Beautiful home

There was so much to do at this beautiful house! We really enjoyed the hot tub- we had trouble turning it on and the hosts actually came to help us out! Karaoke was an added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked with any supplies you could think of. Communication was awesome. Hosts were very kind and even left a little complimentary gift. Although there may seem to be a lot of rules, they are honestly just common sense when staying at another persons home. We enjoyed our two night stay :)

Very clean. Very organized

So many perks to this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is very well stocked. But I would recommend bringing your own frying pan. All of the Teflon was scratched. But the furniture is comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The linens are soft. The bathrooms are very clean. There is so much to do and everything is very well stocked. Plenty of towels for everybody. And the game room was such an added bonus to our trip. The property was easy to find and we had plenty of privacy. Small sidenote for those of you with allergies. There are a lot of air fresheners in this house. This was an issue for my mother who stayed with us. We would definitely go back again. Impressively clean. Easy to communicate with owners. Quick response time. Five star!

Endless Activities with all Amenities

My family (husband and 2 under 2) and I stayed for a few days and had a great time! Donna was super responsive and the house matched the description perfectly. There are endless activities inside and out and the hosts haven’t missed anything! There are instructions and clear expectations for everything you can think of and the house isn’t lacking anything (rain or shine)! We had a lot of fun and appreciate the care that has gone into this vacation home - highly recommended!

Best rental we ever had

Of 20+ rental properties we have stayed at, this was the best by far. Updated, immaculately clean, most stocked kitchen ever, stunning property, more games then you could possibly play in a week, and air-conditioning that actually kept the house cool. All located less than an hour from all the hikes, ATV riding, water park, shopping and restaurants. Donna and Paul were as sweet as can be. Remember renters take care of the place that you rent, so properties like these continue to be made available.

avid travelers, my wife and myself, we've done it all... we've rented our share of houses and hotels on our trips and adventures loving the "wild" West Coast especially... our favorites are Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana with their stunning National Parks, abundant wild life and wonderful people... as well as our native Pennsylvania with many charming and beautiful as well as historic sites.... we've also traveled through Europe and loved it equally as much... we've also hosted another house in the Poconos for over 3 years now with our business partners... and loved it so much that we've decided to list yet another house, this time on our own... hopefully it will be just as successful as our 'first born' :)
we love the outdoors and sports, all the fun things in life, good friends, food, and laughter :) and we hope to help create fun and warm memories for others at our new place... we love nature and all animals equally and are excited to offer a glimpse into their natural habitat right from the terrace of our home... we truly enjoy building and creating things and we are passionate about rustic style which shows throughout the house as we have lovingly decorated the house with original pieces.... we hope to host kindred souls that will love and enjoy the style, energy, and atmosphere. Why they chose this property

Location and privacy - 2 things that not every rental property on the market can offer. The surroundings - beautiful grass fields, plants, trees, stream (which we are looking to clean and make accessible in the future), nature - we get to see deer, turkeys, foxes, and groundhogs on daily bases... even got visit from a coyote and a bear who tried to steal our trash container!! but did not succeed :)..
It's just such a beautiful property - if you love nature and enjoy 'sanctuary', peace and quiet and relaxation YET want to be literally within 15 minutes from all major attractions!! - this is the place :)

We are:
- 15 minutes to Camelback Ski Resort with skiing and snowtubing in winter, outdoor water park in summer AND indoor water park Aquatopia all year long
- 15 minutes from Kalahari - another indoor water park and spa
- 13 minutes from Mt. Airy Casino
- 15 from horse back riding at Mountain Creek Riding Stables
- 4 minutes from Sunset Hill Shooting Range
- 15 minutes from Pocono Rocks amusement and Cafe
and so much more.
We are 6 minutes from The Crossing Shopping Outlets, 6 minutes from Weiss Market (grocery store), 15 minutes from Walmart, Aldi, within 15 minutes from breweries, wineries, diners/restaurants and so on :) we promise we're not making this up :)

What makes this property unique

Besides the gorgeous lot and views, the house itself is very light/sunny...
It really has this special aura, energy..
The skies are equally mesmerizing here - not sure how to explain it but the views of the star lit sky at night are better than from anywhere else :)
And of course, we truly believe that there is not another house in the entire Poconos that offers the amount of amenities, activities, and tranquility :)
