Hello Adam. Right before your check in, our cleaning crew cleaned the whole property including outside amenities. Jacuzzi as well as door handle was in a perfect working condition before your check in, when you wrote to us about the jacuzzi on the next day I personally went to the property and offered you to fix it ( just needed to shut off one side of the jets controllers) you said that you did not want anybody doing anything with jacuzzi and that you wanted you privacy and basically for us to leave. And clearly somebody broke it because one of the jets was on the floor when I came... You did not try to communicate with us? you just wrote to us after your check out and asked for a refund of 50% off (Which is totally unreasonable demand...) ( you threatened me that if I didn't give you the refund, you will leave us a bad review). The pool filter was turned off right before you checked in and turned back on the next day and the filter in the pool stayed on for 3 more days, till after you checked out. If you were so unhappy with your stay you should have contacted me or VRBO and let them know your concerns, but you did not contact me, nor VRBO, you just requested 50% off when checked out and came up with all these false accusations.

The water in the hot tub was crystal clear when the guests checked in. The renter was notified that the hot tub was perfectly shocked for 2 days and he and his guests must take a shower before entering the hot tub, and not to spill any food, or drinks in there, or it will get foggy and dirty on the next day, and we are not shocking the hot tub every day. We usually shocking the hot tub every 2 days. This is not a hotel, or motel where service and cleaning crew lives next door. This is a PRIVATE house with PRIVATE pool, PRIVATE hot tub and PRIVATE land. Everything gets done before the guests arrive into the house, we only check the hot tub and the pool every 2 days and (Not every Day). So once guests checked in the house they must take all the responsibility and follow all the rules and cleaning procedures to avoid accidents like that.
