In Brittany, fully equipped studio of 26m2. Location: Cesson-Sévigné, 5 minutes from Rennes. Access bypass (N136) immediate, 50 min Saint-Malo, 50 min Mont-Saint-Michel. In a quiet and residential area, in an architect's property completed in 2018, with a completely independent access. Small private garden and private parking space. New and high-end equipment. The kitchen area: fridge, freezer, hood, oven and microwave combined, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary crockery. The living area: table and chairs, 2 sofa beds (queen size), storage space, desk and TV with Netflix. Screen lights for a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom space: large shower, suspended toilet, basin with mirror. Washing machine. Internet access via WiFi (served by La Fibre d'Orange). Property located in a quiet area of Cesson-Sevigne, near Rennes (less than 5min), with immediate access to the ring road (N136): getaways to Saint-Malo (50min) and Mont-Saint-Michel (50min) simple and fast. Access to the center of Rennes is easily done by car. You can also get there by train from Cesson-Sévigné train station which is 800 meters away.

My family has passed a beatifull week at this appartment. Strategically placed to visit differents turistic locations in Britain. Clean and confortable, very good relation with owner who was pending of every detail. Highly recomended.
