The Shores of Maui overlooks the crystal clear Pacific Ocean on Maui's sunniest shore. This condo is the only one that has two private lanais! It is a one block walk to beautiful Charley Young Beach, one of Maui's finest swim beaches and directly across the street from Cove Park, fun surf beach! Within minutes you will find championship golf, Maui's world-famous resort areas and restaurants. Your family's Maui vacation dreams will come true at The Shores of Maui! The condo is located on the second floor of a two story building. It is one flight up, no elevator. The condo has been remodeled with luxury vinyl planking throughout the entire condo, there is no longer any carpeting, as seen in some of the photos. Also just added a new sleeper sofa, 2 new living room chairs and 2 new queen size beds in the guest bedroom. There is split air-conditioning in each room. The kitchen has been freshly painted, 2 new smart TV’s, which include Netflix, have been added as well. In addition the condo is equipped with a pack n' play crib, a high chair and a strollers. There are sand toys, coolers, beach chair and umbrellas.
THE CALENDAR IS UP-TO-DATE.
The condo has 2 beautiful, large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It sleeps six. It features two large lanais, private, (patios) both with spectacular ocean views, great for fabulous sunsets and whale watching. Free fiber optics WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
On site amenities include a large swimming pool, heated spa, pickle-ball/tennis court, and barbecue facilities.
This tremendous unit currently rents for $259.00, low season, $295.00 high season, per night.

Great place for the price. Very comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding and pillows. Loved that we could walk out front and across the street to the beach and long pathway thru the park. Also many bar, restaurant, and food truck options within walking distance along with Foodland grocery store. Lastly really liked the layout with bedrooms being separate ends of the condo from each other great for 2 couples with a little privacy.

We had a lovely stay and have already rebooked to return next year. Lisa provided plenty of essentials for us. Ive stayed at the Shores of Maui several times and truly believe you can't beat the location. The condo has large lanais which are great to eat out on. Lisa had a pack and play for our 1-year old which worked great. The high chair seemed to be stuck in a semi tilted position and we didnt want to potentially break anything, so we did not use it. It was fine feeding baby at the table.The only thing id like to see added to the kitchen are hot pads when you're using the oven, i couldnt locate them.There are loads of towels, extra sheets and beach play items. This condo is great and you wont regret renting it!

Our group has stayed at this property before which is why we always come back to it. The property is wonderful and centrally located in Kihei we could literally walk across the street to the Ocean, shopping, restaurants. There is also plenty of parking. The only draw back is it is upstairs, so if you are older and have trouble with stairs you might want to give it a second thought

I love Maui and have been vacationing there for over 40 years. I have family members who have lived there for 50 plus years. I have seen many changes to the island over the years. Kihei has pretty much remained the same. It has a much more Hawaiian feeling, a truly aloha spirit, which is prevalent in south Maui. My dream has always been to own a wonderful ocean view condo on the island. I fell in love with the complex because of it's great location to everything! We literally leave our car in the parking lot and walk to the beaches, market, fabulous restaurants, cafes, movie theater, boutique shops, live music and the best shave ice on the island! The complex is all opened air and the nicest/friendliest people live and stay there.

Why they chose this property

I have always loved Maui and dream of some day living there all of the time. I chose my condo because I would love to live in it throughout the year! I enjoy sharing it with others and appreciate the positive feedback that I have received.

What makes this property unique

In the winter you can see whales passing by from either of the 2 lanais. The sunsets are spectacular. Charlie Young is my favorite swim beach, there is a turtle crossing, and great snorkeling too.
