Great vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay - the large balcony was awesome. Ample parking and the elevators were fast. One broke during our stay but was repaired quickly. It was nice to have three full bathrooms though the unit could use some updating. It had everything we needed. Gulf views were amazing. The condo info states sauna etc on second floor but it was actually on the third. Perfect beach access. This is not the owners fault but just for information. We booked beach chairs and umbrellas and they were great but too far back from the water. Other guests set up in front of us and blocked our view. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Good, but could be cleaner.

The location and condo itself was great. The security is fantastic and friendly. But the condo could have been cleaner. It is a little older so the floors and walls were beat up a little. The master bath had rust marks in it and after taking 1 shower the first night, the drain clogged up. The kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware were not clean. I had to wash everything before using it in the kitchen. Other than that, it was fine for a 3 night stay with friends.

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying at Island Royale. The rooms are very nice and spacious .It's located on the beach which is a plus and they also have a indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Great location. Great room

Great stay and awesome location. The only thing that could have been better in our room would be the beds. They were older spring mattresses that were kind of sunken in in the middle. Kitchen, living room and balcony were all awesome though. Super easy beach and pool access. Would book again.

It was a really nice place, right on the beach.

Would love to stay here again, took our whole family and they loved it. The views from the balcony were amazing, saw dolphins almost every morning. Easy check in , would definitely recommend this place.

Bachelorette Trip

The location had very easy beach access was able to walk right out on the beach.

We love the access to the beach. Enjoy the view from the balcony. The only the access to store was a bit of a drive not a big problem tho. We would stay here again.

Great Location

We were very pleased with the location of the property and the property itself. It was spacious and clean and the few issues we had were handled immediately. Every interaction with Liquid Life was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

On the Beach!

This property was just as it was described. It was great having 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms! But being on the beach was the very best part of all along with the beautiful balcony looking over the beach!

Condo Review

This condo is in need of updating and a thorough cleaning. We were disappointed to find it was not stocked well. Simple things such as oven mitts. If there is an oven, we assume there will be mitts. We have not ever had to purchase our own or bring with us before. The stove handle was broken, and the management company respond immediately. The only problem was their lack of follow-through. I had to call them again. Inquiring about the status of someone coming to fix it. At this point we were one day before check out. It made no sense to ruin our vacation to be present for the maintenance department. Only the master bedroom had a ceiling fan. We should’ve inquired, and that was on us. We purchased our own the coffee maker, a Keurig, was so filthy. We went and bought our own as well. The property, the location and a view were amazing. We will not rent this property again.
