East, South and West exposure, so very bright in the center of the resort. Ideal location!
Private parking, garage (bike & motorbike), veranda, wooden terraces, gardens.
3 bathrooms (1 with bath & shower, 2 with showers), 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate.
4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bunk beds (140x190 downstairs and single 90x190 upstairs), 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 (separable into 80x200), one bedroom with 2 single beds 200x90 (which can be pushed together to make a large one bed)

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, traditional oven, city gas hob.

Séjour agréable mais logement qui manque d’entretien

Le logement est globalement agréable et bien placé mais il manque d’entretien. Cuisine, salles de bains et linge de maison mériteraient un rafraîchissement ou un remplacement. Un demi réfrigérateur et un demi lave vaisselle ne sont pas suffisants pour la capacité du logement. La literie était confortable et les chambres agréables. La communication a l’arrivée était correcte mais pas top au départ notamment sur l’horaire de remise des clefs.

Emplacement top que nous connaissions de l’année précédente;

Nous avons loué cette villa pour la seconde fois. Hamide nous accueille très gentiment , ponctualité et surtout les lits sont faits (inutile de transporter les draps et serviettes; un plus pour la maîtresse de maison; emplacement central et plage à deux pas; merci à Alexia et Vito FERRANTELLI Alix FLAMEN
