Du skulle aldrig gissa att det här underbara rummet finns mitt i Telluride! Helt renoverat med högkvalitativa finish, ligger detta tre sovrum / två och en halv bad på Columbia Street i den historiska Miners Union. Bara ett kvarter från Tellurides huvudgata, Colorado Avenue, Miners Union # 11, kommer att glädja efter en rolig dag på berget eller äventyren i vårt område.

Det rymliga stora rummet är perfekt för familjesamlingar och hjälper kocken i gruppsäsongen måltiden. Om ingången är välkommen eller inte, kan den stora plattskärmen ge upphov till viss oönskad hjälp, men var medveten om att det är en smart TV, ingen kabel. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det stora matsalen bordet är tillräckligt för alla 9 gäster. Köket har high end finish.

King Master Bedroom har eget badrum med ångdusch, perfekt för varje säsong i Telluride. För bekvämligheter har fåfänga två handfat. Mysig upp med en bok och dröm söta drömmar från den här rymliga mastersuiten. Det första gästrummet har en queen size-säng och det andra rummet har en kaptenens bunk med en tvilling över en full säng och en tvilling rulla, som sover tre bekvämt i detta rum. Det andra badrummet har dusch / badkar i kombination.

Det finns ett stort tvättstuga med plats för skidor och stövlar med ytterdörr till Pine Street.

We loved our stay at A Genuine Telluride Treasure! The location was fantastic, and the property was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay there again next summer :)

What an amazing place

Steam shower, roomy, clean, location. I mean it doesnt get much better at all. This place was amazing and as advertised. Oh, i didn't mention it, but heated floors will be one of the things i miss the most.

Great for large groups

We loved this place! It fit 9 adults comfortably. The kitchen was large, the table had room for all of us, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It is a block off the Main Street and near the center of town so the location is incredible. The management company provided all the information we needed and was very responsive. We have been attending the Blues and Brews fest for 7 years and this was the best place we’ve ever rented.

Can’t Beat It

Telluride is a special place and this condo made the visit even more special. Much larger unit than I expected. Huge master, nice guest and kids rooms and a great kitchen living space. Literally one block off of Main Street, it was easy to get everywhere including restaurants, the town park and gondola. The property manager was a great communicator and answered all of my questions promptly. We would definitely come back.

Lovely Historic Home

The Miners Union is a lovely historic, refurbished building. Unit 11 is ground level with 3 bedrooms -which was perfect for our family gathering. Location, location, location- excellent! There is no on-site parking which can be a little challenging. We were there for the bluegrass festival and fortunately the parking restrictions were lifted if you had a town pass, otherwise all of the parking in the area is 2 hour. I believe you do get a parking pass with the unit. The apartment had plenty of space for everyone to gather. The only downside is that in the living room you have to walk down 2 steps to the front door. The way the furniture is positioned, there is a very narrow walkway between the couch and the steps. We had no problem, however if you weren’t paying attention it would be very easy to step off into the recess by the door. The living room had way too much furniture and too many throw pillows (not a common complaint in rentals) and if it was scaled down and rearranged, you could creat a larger walkway and mitigate the problem of the steps. Overall it’s a great rental and I would stay there again. The staff at the rental agency, “Accommodations in Telluride” , were really great to work with. Super responsive and helpful- especially Erin.

Great spot in great location

Property is in a brilliant location and has loads of space for a large group or families. It had all of the essentials we needed for a week in Telluride. It needs a few more pots and pans and a couple of the gas rings did not ignite, both of which should be easily rectified. I would definitely consider on any future trip to Telluride.

Won’t be disappointed!

The place was perfect for a large group of friends! Can walk anywhere around the town and easy walk to the gondola. Management was super responsive with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in town. The unit is huge with plenty of room for your group to enjoy and spread out. Will look to stay here again when I'm back in Telluride!

Pleasant Surprise

Didn't know what to expect from the historic building. The unit is very spacious with high end finishes. Our crew loved it! Great location for food, shopping and getting to the lift!

Great place to stay

We had a great time and the property was beautiful and close to everything. My husband and I used to live in Telluride and it was so nice to be back "home". I highly recommend this condo for a family or a group of friends!
