Splendid patio with grill and outdoor shower. 20 minutes south of Cancun s international airport and 35 mins to Playa del Carmen . Close-by to all main attractions of Rivera Maya, pyramids, aquatic parks, snorkeling, diving, fishing, nightlife or just a beautiful white sandy beach to relax
This is a Brand new home, so you will be one of the first to ever use it!!!
The house has a fully equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds, soft linnens and towels.
It´s splendid shaded patio allows you to enjoy a nice bbq on the grill, and cool off on the outdoor shower. Savour your breakfast , listening to the birds and enjoying nature relaxing under the trees on a hammock.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Fridge/freezer, Gas Stove and oven, micorwave, coffe maker, toaster and blender. New pots & pans, China set and cuttlery. Perfect to make a delicious meal or just heat up any of the take away food from our local restaurants.
The house location makes it fresh , but also we have ceiling fans and air conditioning all over the house. And it is completely equiped with the latest technology as Smart 42" TV, wifi & NETFLIX.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with Ensuite bathroom and walk in closet and a small balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed , closet and a small balcony overlooking the patio.The third bedroom has a double bed also with closet. The fourth room is at the main level with direct access to the patio and Kitchen area. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, and one full bathroom downstairs, perfect if the family or friends want to avoid the stairs.
You will have access not only to the rooms and kitchen area, but also to your private patio, where you will be able to enjoy the full property plus the common areas of this amazing gated community that includes swimming pool and a nice area for relaxing.
I live in Cancun 40 minutes away from here and you will always be able to contact me by e mail, or phone with any questions or if you need any help. We love giving you suggestions of things to do in the surrounding area to make your stay more memorable.

Nice community

It was easy to access the pool and walk to the gate to catch the Collectivo bus or taxi. Only 10-15 min. walk to many tasty outdoor restaurants. The safe, gated community housed very friendly and helpful people. Our hosts responded to water and water pressure concerns immediately. They were happy to answer our questions and provide good recommendations for things to do nearby

Great time.

so we are a family consisting or 7 adults. We had varying opinions of the property but overall we loved it. It is a gated secure community and the staff are great. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. My stay was limited to the main floor due to a disability but the condo is fully air conditioned. At times it even may have felt too chill. The Palma Grand resort is in what the locals refer to as the colonial side. A taxi into the main square of Puerto Moroles where the beach and town square is is 80 pesos each way. The taxi service, BTW, was excellent. The upstairs has 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) , 3 bedrooms, a King and 2 doubles with a fourth bedroom, a double also, on the main floor. It had all the tings needed to cook and serve meals, a full size fridge and stove and a wood fired grill on the patio. The dispute we had with 2 of our party over the 5 star rating of the description, was simply because they were expecting a property right on the beach. The majority of us felt that their expectations were simply too high. Our hosts Ricardo and Elizabeth could not have been more helpful or accomodating. Although we are not strangers to Mexico and arrived with many of our own resources in place, they were able to provide suggestions for transportation and meals, activities and responded very quickly to all questions. Overall we not only enjoyed our stay immensely but also come away with a new impression of the authentic Mexico. The people that we met in Puerto Moroles were warm, friendly and so helpful. The beach is amazing and if you go there, go see our friend Leo at Don Ernestos on the beach. We spent at least a part of nearly every day at that bar and Leo was the biggest reason. Muchos Gracias to all that made this vacation one to remember always..

Summer @ la Riviera Maya

This is a very nice property with everything you need to feel at home away from home but in paradise. Close to the airport, the Hotel Zone in Cancun, close as well to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Quiet neighborhood, gated and controlled access. The property is very well kept and clean. Our hostess is very accessible and keeps the communicating channel open at all times. We can't wait to return. Thanks for allowing us to share this experience.

Que suerte de encontrar esta propiedad, Elizabeth y Ricardo estuvieron atentos desde el principio, todo muy limpio, amplio y seguro, nos recomendaron una visita a los cenotes y fue mágico, Puerto Morelos, es el lugar para un descanso total. La casa tiene todos los servicios y todo es nuevo, tal y como se ve en las fotos, mi familia y yo, estamos enamorados, definitivamente regresaremos. Muchas gracias.

Why they chose this property

After living in Cancun for over 30 years and seeing it's development I have always loved the uniqueness, and peacefulness of this small beach town only a few kms away from bustling Cancun, so when the opportunity appeared to purchase a brand new home in a gated community , only a few kms away from the beach, i jumped at the chance. We have taken a few months to decorate and equip the house in the same way that we like to live so our guests will be very comfortable and pleased with the surroundings

What makes this property unique

The fact that is in a gated community and the developers left a lot of the original trees and vegetation made this particular home an easy decision for me. The location is perfect and we have re created a great common area in the patio, under the canopy of the jungle trees with an outdoor shower and beautiful greenery
