A separate entrance from the left toilet, a bathroom on the right with double sink, shower, heated towel rail and new washing machine.

Then a kitchen (with a bar and 2 stools in white pine) open modern fitted and equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, new kettle as well as a hood, a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, many shelves and a large closet.
