Remodeled studio condo about a 2-minute walk to Winter Park Resort Village. Gondola, Alpine Slide, 18-hole putting course, scenic rides, dining, and Starbucks right there.

The place was excellent! It was exactly as described. It had all that you needed to cook breakfast, have some coffee and all other essentials to make it a very comfortable stay! The host was very effective and clear with all communication making the stay stress free. Would highly recommend!

The unit was brand new and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked including coffee, filters, and oil/spray for cooking.😀 We loved the brand new huge hot tub. Location is easy walk to gondola and village. Also, bus stop is right out front to go to Winter Park town or Fraser. Perfect for a ski week at Winter Park. ⛷️⛷️♥️♥️

We stayed here six nights. It’s the perfect location and great accommodations! This spot is closer to the gondola and other base lifts than a lot of the rooms at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The door codes were easy, even for me and my 7-year-old. I wish I would’ve noticed earlier in the trip the side stairs and realized how they made access to the room even easier. It’s a real bummer that Shawn can’t make it snow, that would’ve helped!We will certainly be back to WP and this specific unit.

Mountain Biking get away

Great location for MTB rides from the property. The resort is very quiet during the week and gets busy on the weekend. The weather was perfect and the trails for bicycling and hiking are so much fun!

Our family is all avid skiers. My wife and I ski together every weekend while our three girls are off at team ski with the WP Comp Center and our son has his own coach every Saturday with the NSCD. We have lived in Colorado for 20 years now and truly believe the beauty of this state never gets old.

Why they chose this property

Being at the base of the mountain makes it so easy to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer; skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, and restaurants. You name it!!!

We chose Winter Park because the resort is so kid-friendly and a friendly community altogether. They have a wonderful ski program for all types of skiers/boarders and the NSCD is priceless. There is something for everyone here!!!

What makes this property unique

VILLAGE LIVING AT ITS BEST!!! Walk 50 yards to the main ski lift. You are right where everything happens and at the same time, you are set back just enough to feel you are in your own world. You will truly feel on top of the world!!! Winter Park has the largest bike park in the USA.
