Recientemente remodelado Winter Park Condo On River!

Disfrutará de unas vacaciones inolvidables en mi condominio de 2 habitaciones / 1 baño completamente amueblado, recientemente remodelado. Ambas habitaciones tienen una cama de matrimonio y el sofá también tiene una cama plegable, cómoda para dormir 4-5 personas. Hay un fregadero extra en el segundo dormitorio. La cocina es perfecta para comer, ya que está equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Se ha renovado recientemente con encimeras de granito, gabinetes recién renovados, electrodomésticos nuevos, iluminación nueva, muebles nuevos para la sala de estar, persianas nuevas y azulejos nuevos para el baño. El condominio se encuentra justo en el río, para que pueda disfrutar del sonido tranquilo del río.

Pase el día disfrutando del agradable paseo por el río y del sistema de senderos de una sola vía para practicar ciclismo de montaña / senderismo / raquetas de nieve / esquí de fondo a solo unos minutos del condominio. Hay un servicio de transporte gratuito que te llevará a la estación de esquí. Se puede pescar en el río que corre a través del complejo de apartamentos. También hay un lago de 35 minutos (Grandby Lago) para la vela, remo de embarque, pesca, etc.

Hay un centro de recreación recién remodelado en el sitio con mesa de billar, gran pantalla de televisión, piscina cubierta, jacuzzis interiores y exteriores, voleibol, zona de barbacoa y sala de fitness.

Okay stay

First impression wasn’t what I expected, to be honest. Furniture in the living room is very worn down and should be replaced. The king bed definitely is not new. The place was very well kept and very clean with clear instructions and even had a binder with activity and restaurant brochures. We have never been to Winter Park and expected to spend some relaxing time in the condo itself, but the furniture in the living room did not allow comfort. The TV did have a sound bar attached but in order to have no echo for the sound, you had to have the sound bar higher than the tv sound. No way to adjust volume on the tv itself. If you do not plan on staying in the condo and are there to just sleep, this will work perfect. But our weekend getaway was just to be in the mountains and relax and listen to the nature.

Convenient and Beautiful

Condo was in a lovely location right next to a river (lovely sound in the mornings and evening). Check in/check out was easy and host’s directions were clear and reasonable. Would go back!

Birthday Trip

Took my brother to see snow for the first time. The condo was perfect. Great location. Loved the river in the back of the condo. The kitchen has everything you need. Easy check-in and check-out. Very organized and friendly host.

The property was exactly as describes and shown. There are bar/restaurants, coffee shops, and an event area with things to do all within walking distance. Kitchen had all that was needed for the little cooking we did. Was amazing to read my book in the mornings and listen to the flow of the river. Very great place, recommend. Property owner messaged us during the stay just to make sure that all was good.

Cozy spot near Winter Park

Great Location. Small but has everything you need. Only gripes were that the beds were pitched inwards to the point of affecting sleep, and the toilet paper was single ply and not very comfortable. All other parts of the rental process were perfect!

This is a nice, clean 2 bedroom Condo with a nice little stream running in front of it. We had everything we needed and then some. Great place to stay... we had a ball!!

Great Visit

This was a perfect place for a quick get away for spring skiing. The apartment is well equipped and wonderfully decorated. We loved looking at all the wonderful photographs which we believe were all taken by our hostess. I had a little problem finding the condo when we got there, but I am sure I just didn't save the condo number. It took a very short time to sort it out once I contacted Sheri.

Awesome location

This condo is in a great location. You can easily walk to town and the ski bus is located right outside the condo. We were there for a wedding at the Headwaters Center and it’s super close to that as well.

Great for our last minute getaway!

The condo was exactly as expected/described and very clean. I’ve been to places that had to put strong air fresheners in them and it kills my allergies. But here, it just smelled clean and absent of any odors which was extremely pleasant for my sinuses!! It had everything we needed and even a cute little welcome dish of snacks that were a Godsend when we arrived super late on the first night. We were there only Wednesday through Saturday and didn’t have a lot of free time to hang at the condo, so we didn’t get to enjoy the fireplace, but we did make sure to go out by the little river/stream and enjoy on Thursday before we went exploring. It is so beautiful and relaxing. I love the sound of the river, and it was so nice to be able to open our window and hear it in the evening. The beds were comfy and they even had extra pillows to use in the closets. I liked the idea of removing shoes inside since you know the floors stay much cleaner and was an easy transition for us. Sheri was very quick to respond to my questions and allowed us to get in early, but plans changed and we didn’t get to (Red Rocks / Sting instead). Checkin was easy with the digital lock and we had no issues with anything in the condo. Location was great and convenient. It was only going to be 3 of us, but our daughter decided to stay the night and even with 4 of us, we were very comfortable in the condo. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sheri, for sharing your getaway with us!!

Perfect WP Getaway!

This condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well supplied. There is beautiful photography throughout by the owner. Picturesque location on the river, quick drive to the slopes, and we walked to the community center every day for the pool/hot tubs. Found a couple trails nearby to hike as well in the fresh snow. The owner was very responsive to all questions and replied expediently. A+ experience!!

The condo was great, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only drawbacks was the horrible water pressure in the shower (it took me forever to wash my hair), not being allowed to wear shoes in the condo (understandable about not wanting ski boots worn in the condo, but why not regular shoes?) and the long walk to/from the hottub. I did appreciate the owner letting us check in a couple of hours earlier than the advertised check in time though.

Great vacation and accomdations

Overall great property especially the location. Right in the heart of town and next to the bus stop. The communication was easy and informative. The property was well equipped and the community facilities were great. The only flaw was the thin walls and neighbors on 4 sides, making a good nights' rest difficult without earplugs.

Perfect Stay

Property was as advertised and exceeded my expectations. The host Sheri was great and checked to see that all was ok during and after check in. We will return to this property when staying in Winter Park again.

I live in Denver, CO. I bought this condo so that I could enjoy it part of the time and rent it out part of the time to help pay for itself.
I remodeled the condo after some feedback on here that it was outdated and got a new couch and recliner as of 8/1/25.

This property is right on the river, so is so relaxing. It is conveniently located w/in walking distance to town incl. restaurants/bars and has a free shuttle bus to the ski resort. There are many miles of singletrack trails right out the door for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing
