Custom built home by Century Builders. This home was in the 2018 Spring Showcase. We have bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open floor plan on main level with an office. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a balcony overlooking the St. Joe River. The lower level has a bar area as well as two tv areas, full bath and 1 bedroom. The home is 4k sq. feet. In a newly developed community within walking distance to downtown, local restaurants, farmers market and close to Notre Dame.

We love to travel and have been all over the world. We love meeting people from different cultural's and back grounds. We have 4 grown sons who have wonderful wives and have been blessed with 3 grandchildren. We love Notre Dame Football!

Why they chose this property

We've rented are home for the last 5 years and have moved into a new home still near the campus of Notre Dame. We love to entertain and host families. We will make you feel at home and it is a lovely home that was just completed in July 2018.
