About this property

Sandpiper 133B - updated and renovated studio in Princeville

Clean, modern, studio with kitchenette. Completely renovated December 2018 - everything is new including floors, cabinets, interior paint, shower, vanity, fixtures, ceiling fan, furniture...

There is a comfortable queen bed and an air mattress (twin or queen) can be provided for extra guests.

Conveniently located in Princeville so you are close to shopping, dining, coffee, golf, beaches, hiking and more. The resort is quiet and has a pool, hot tub and BBQs on site.

There is no stove or oven but there is coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, electric skillet and electric grill for your use. There is no laundry facility but fresh towels and linens can be provided at no additional charge.

We are doing the finishing touches on the condo - still need to add pictures to walls, lamps, rugs and patio furniture. Will update pics when it’s complete in early Jan 2019.

Great unit. Loved the patio, which was pretty private since it was tucked in at the end of the complex, but still had views of ocean waves. Nice details to unit like ice packs in freezer, luggage racks, beach towels, filtered water, smaller cooler, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location within a community on a golf course. Nearby grocery, restaurant and shops without having to go into Hanalei. Very easy access to nearby attractions. No AC, but two fans provided.

Robyn was very responsive to our messages, answered lots of question and arranged for fresh towels and supplies in a very timely manner. This was the perfect home base for everything North Shore and getting to South Shore for activities as well. The kitchenette was awesome, there’s even an electric skillet to cook with. We will stay here again. If you use the hot tub, be aware that the step down is big, I was a bit surprised by that. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable after a long day of adventures. Parking was easy to find, there are two lots for this complex. Thank you, Robyn.

Great location to the grocery store, and nearby town to shop in and beaches to visit!

The location was perfect for what we needed. Grocery store was right up the street a great beach to watch sunset at was a 10 minute drive.. The only downfall is the no air conditioning, but even in the summer the nights weren’t too bad with the windows open in a breeze
