Bee Cottage es una casa cómoda y elegante con capacidad para 6 en 3 habitaciones (1 doble, 1 doble, 1 king). Es una caminata fácil y nivelada de diez minutos hasta Rye y hay estacionamiento gratuito a menos de un minuto a pie.

Planta baja:
- Gran salón / comedor de planta abierta
- Cocina bien equipada que incluye cocina de inducción, nevera-congelador, microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, radio digital.
- Se accede a un jardín con césped, patio, barbacoa e iluminación colorida del adorno.

Primer piso:
- Habitación doble
- Habitación doble
- Baño familiar con ducha de efecto lluvia sobre bañera y ducha de mano separada
- Guardarropa separado con retrete y lavabo

Segunda planta:
- Habitación principal (king)

Bee Cottage también cuenta con mucho para mantenerte entretenido:
- Juegos XBox +, reproductor de DVD, Roku con Netflix, un altavoz inalámbrico al que puede conectar su propio dispositivo, además de un reproductor de discos y algunos vinilos
- Wifi
- ¡Juegos antiguos también! Rompecabezas, Scrabble, etc.

Para los bebés, hay:
- Silla alta
- Una cuna de viaje con colchón (invitados a suministrar ropa de cuna)
- Una bolsa de juguetes de baño
- 2 x puertas de escalera
- Cubiertos y vajilla de plástico.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien decorando la casa para sentirnos como en casa, y hay muchos toques divertidos, desde nuestra pared de paisajes de montaña kitsch hasta los viejos paneles de waltzer que hemos montado en la pared del jardín; Muchas de las piezas antiguas / vintage fueron recogidas de las muchas tiendas de segunda mano de Rye.

El día de cambio es generalmente el viernes, pero es flexible fuera de temporada alta. Estancia mínima: 3 noches.

    Perfect

    I stayed in Bee cottage with 3 girl friends and had a wonderful time. The cottage is spotless throughout and so well equipped we couldn’t fault it. The host had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and I would recommend this property in a heartbeat Thank you Bee cottage we will be back 🐝

    Beautifully appointed property in Rye

    This is a lovely property - comfortable, a good size and location, beautifully decorated. There is great attention to detail with the decor, books, furniture, kitchen equipment etc. We had a fantastic week.

    Lovely stay in a cosy cottage

    Bee cottage is a lovely cosy place, well equipped to stay for even weeks. Located within short walking distance from the centre of Rye, it was starting point of several incredible walks and hikes through the amazing countryside. We’ve all enjoyed the stay and the kids especially loved the video games :-)

    Leuk karakteristiek huis. Mooi ingericht voor alle leeftijden. Drukke weg voor de deur, geluid van de meeuwen is de eerste dagen even wennen. Het mooie dorp is op loopafstand. Dagjes weg geweest naar Brighton,London, etc was prima te doen. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.

    Very clean & nicely decorated

    The communication with the host was excellent. The property was clean & well equipped. The only downside was the noise from the road - it was surprisingly noisy as traffic drove very quickly & the house is very close to the road There was some confusion with the bins as the information booklet seemed to contradict the information sheet pinned on the kitchen door. Overall we had a pleasant stay & enjoyed our first visit to Rye

    Lovely cottage close to Rye. We explored Camber sands, Hastings and Battle over half term and it was a perfect spot to do so!

    A very comfortable stay

    Stayed for three nights. Had a lovely stay in Bee Cottage, kitchen well equipped, the beds very comfy. Wonderful decor. Definitely would stay here again.

    Lovely Rye

    Ideal location for visiting the gardens and wildlife havens we had planned to see. The walk into town was easy even with a toddler and Rye has so much to offer - we need to come again to do it justice.

    Fantastic half term holiday

    A perfect house for a family stay in Rye. Good size rooms and a lovely twin room for our two girls. Easy walk into Rye for dinner and a short drive to Camber Sands and the water sports lake.

    Fantastic longer term stay

    We had a great stay for 3 months at Emily’s beautiful home during some home renovations. Emily was always so friendly with excellent and quick communication. The house is fantastic, a great 3 bedroom house with great garden and outdoor space, with fantastic light throughout the day. We loved our stay, thank you Emily for everything! Absolutely 5/5

    A wonderful Christmas time…

    Great cottage, perfect for family time away. Very close to historic, picturesque Rye (5-10 mins walk max). House has everything you could possible need, comfy beds, brilliantly equipped kitchen and all WiFi connected mod cons. Emily is the perfect host, loads of local recommendations and advice for pubs, etc. Could not have been better!

    Happy holiday

    We had a great time. It is a lovely house, well situated. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided. We took 3 children, teens and younger so its always tricky keeping everyone amused and happy but everyone had a brilliant time!

    Great staycation

    We are arrived at Bee cottage Friday 24th July. Bee cottage is beautiful holiday home 🏠. Very clean and kitchen had everything what you need. Bee cottage beautifully decorated and choice of books and board games were great. We explore a old town of Rye and went to number local restaurants. Cottage in great location to explore surrounding areas. We are definitely will be back next time to Bee cottage and highly recommend to other guests. Emily thank you made our stay very welcoming!!!

    Great place!

    We had great holidays in Emily's house. We really didn't find one thing we could complain about. It was very clean, everybody slept very well in their beds. The equipment in the house is really good. The kitchen was great, the big table in the living room is nice to eat with many people. There are toys for children, an XBox, free Netflix, free WiFi and so on... The house is just a few minutes walk away from the old town. Perfect communication with Emily. We strongly recommend this house. Well done, Emily!

    What a warm welcome from the lovely Emily . A Christmas tree, fairy lights , a wreath, cake , apple juice , milk and mince pies Little touches like this made our first ever Christmas away from home even more special. We read, dozed, played games we even did a puzzle . Really recharged our batteries, perfect location. Although on a road it was so peaceful . Loved our time at Bee cottage and we hope to come back. Thank you Emily from Michele , Julian and Denise x

    Lovely house

    Great to stay in a house rather than a hotel while working away. Easy quick walk into Rye for all the restaurants and pubs. Only slight downside was the car park which has the most overly complicated ticket system I've ever encountered (though that is nothing to do with the owner). Would definitely book again

    Great property in great location. With everything you need for a wonderful stay.

    We stayed at this property for a week with our 14 month old daughter and my parents. It was the perfect Base for a lovely family holiday. Our daughter loved the toys and books that were provided this added with all the great facilities really made it home away from home. Great location for an easy walk into rye. We also had lovely days out in battle, Hastings, camber sands and the rare breeds farm all within easy reach.

    Very homely stay

    We were 5 people staying for a long week-end. The house is very comfortable and feels like home and not a holiday stay. The lounge and dining room are very spacious and the facilities are very good though we have not used the kitchen. The bedrooms were also spacious and easily accommodate 6 people. The only comment is that one couple staying did not have good night sleep due to the bed not being too comfortable. But they would come back any time as the rest was perfect. We were on 4 motorbikes and parked on the street 100 meters from the house with no problems, and within 5 minutes walk through the car park we were in Rye center. Will definitely re-book this cottage when we go to Rye again.

    Es war alles perfekt, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail. Es war genauso wie auf den schönen Bildern beschrieben. Auch die Vorbereitung und Infos zum Haus waren perfekt und ich kann das Haus und den Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Woche war leider viel zu kurz. Familie Wagner

    Super Wohnung !

    Wir waren mit 6 Motorrädern in Rye und haben ein tolles Wochenende in Südengland verbracht ! Die Wohnung ist bestens Ausgestattet . Gute Lage um in die Stadt zu laufen ! Motorräder können in einer Seitenstrasse ca. 100m geparkt werden!

    I'm a freelance interiors journalist, and I also write a blog about stylish holiday lets, Emily Escaped, an antidote to the idea that holiday rentals need to be bland and beige. In the end I decided to dive in and create the kind of holiday home that I would like to stay in as a guest – luxurious, stylish, but fun.

    We had been coming to Rye as visitors for a while before we bought here, and fell in love with its beautiful buildings and amazing history - but also the fact that's it's a thriving town, not preserved in aspic.
    An ideal day would see us up for breakfast at The Ship Inn, before walking it off down over the dunes to Camber Sands. Back in Rye for the afternoon, we'd dig out some vintage bargains in the antique shops and rummage for some vinyl at Grammar School Records, then have a quick drink in the atmospheric back bar at the ancient Mermaid. Dinner would be in acclaimed local eatery the Landgate Bistro, finishing the night with some live music at the Queen's Head over the road.

    Bee Cottage stole our hearts because it's a modest little house that also seems to have loads of room for everyone! The easy walk into Rye, good parking (a rarity in the town) and closeness to the station were all practical factors, too.

    It's a lovely period property, but we've given it lots of special touches and modern comforts, blending old and new in a lively way.
