This is a contemporary, light and bright living space next to “Windows By The Sea” Main Home ( Sleeps 12)
Sleeps 4, Fully equipped kitchen, Decks on the North and South end of the home, pullout King Murphy bed on top floor, 2 bunks on lower level. Studio upstairs with its own bath and twin bunk beds on lower level with half bath.
Located in the Seacrest Community on 30A.
We maintain 360 ceiling to floor sanitizing with foggers through Santiclean.
Situated on a private cul de sac in the front of the community.

Our home is located one row north of gorgeous, scenic hwy 30A on the Florida panhandle, along the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful, contemporary home is nestled on its own private, quiet corner in the Seacrest Beach subdivision with its windows facing the beautiful seashores.There are restaurants, shopping and a town green with nightly music for you to enjoy on the Seacrest Village Circle.
White sand beaches, beautiful sand dunes and sparking clear, green-blue water...
The subdivision is bordered by Rosemary Beach on the east and on the west by Alys Beach. All of these are walkable, bikeable wonderful destinations for dining, shopping, or just enjoying the beautiful architecture and communities.

The walking and bike paths in front of the subdivision are steps from our front door. It s one of the most scenic rides, walks or runs you can many beach communities, passing lots of interesting sights. It is a great way to tour the scenic stretch of 30A.
Don't miss wonderful walks through the neighborhood or along 30A on perfectly peaceful nights as you take in the moon or the sound of the waves.

A short scenic 15 minute drive west on hwy 30A places you in the magical Seaside Village which offers lots of dining, local art, entertainment, shopping opportunities and food trucks. We are just 15 minutes west of the exciting, entertaining and beautiful Pier Park in Panama City Beach. Amazing Stay in Seacrest

I can't say enough great things about this place. The carriage house exceeded our expectations and made such a great experience for our beach trip. The location being at the front, close to the beach was amazing! Also the shuttle stop was so close to the house they always just picked us up right outside the house without issue. When we wanted to walk to the beach or down toward Alys or Rosemary it was so quick as well. Inside everything was well stocked and you can tell there is pride of ownership by the host. Thanks and look forward to coming back soon!

Good distance from lost everything (pool, beach, food). The carriage house has everything needed for a short trip to the beach with family. Only negative was washer was broken and no dryer for towels.

We loved this property! Booking was easy, check in/check out went smoothly. The property was extremely clean, and very comfortable. It is in a great location easy access to pool and beach. Although, I didn't have to communicate with the owners I appreciated that they reached out to make sure that things were going well. The kitchen was fully equipped and my coffee drinking hubby appeciated that there was a Keurig. The beach toys that were available came in handy went my daughter got tired of what we brought. My family will definitely be back!

4th of July Week

Perfect space for our family of 3. All the beds were comfortable and easy to manage. The whole unit was clean. We mostly cooked during our stay which was easy with everything available. We loved biking around all the shops. The beach was a really easy walk. It was quicker than waiting on the tram. It was also a busy week, so that could be part of the wait. Excellent pool which is where we spent a lot of our time. I cannot say enough about our stay and the community. Thank you for providing an excellent space for our small family.

Very Beautiful home with the perfect spacing for our family of 4. Also, it is situated in a great location, being a few steps from the pool and a short walk or tram ride to the beach. One major let down for our stay was finding out upon arrival that the washer/dryer was not operational. I was informed very casually that the washer/dryer would be unavailable for our stay, albeit the listing advertises this amenity. This negatively impacted our stay, as being informed ahead of arrival would have allowed us to properly plan for this scenario. While we understand that scenarios like this happens, better communication becomes of paramount importance. The owner did provide extra towels quickly after requested.

Good location, beautiful (but unheated) pool, terribly small beach access

The space was lovely and quiet, very convenient to the pool, and walkable to Rosemary Beach and Ayls Beach. Downsides: We had two adults and our two teens and we struggled to find a good spot for our luggage/things. The trolly transportation is helpful. Our biggest disappointment was the beach area that is available to this neighborhood. It is extremely small unless you want to pay over $200 a day for beach chairs for your entire party (if anyone is renting chairs, all over 6 are required to have them). We visited during Spring Break, but even during a less busy time, I struggle to see how 150 feet of beachfront can accommodate all of the people in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood. I understand this is a recent expansion - but not nearly enough. The pool is beautiful but not heated and was very chilly in early April. The washer/dryer is a washer/dryer combo and we had a lot of trouble getting it to actually dry our clothes completely - took 3 - 4 extra cycles on dry. We let maintenance know, so hopefully it is fixed for future renters.

PERFECT 30A Spot Between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach

The location was spot on! My daughter and I made the trip to FL for her to play softball in Panama City Beach. We didn't want to stay in PCB, as we were looking for something a bit different and 30A was just perfect! The location at Seacrest Beach was literally right in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach with everything being within walking distance. In addition, there was a tram the would pick you up at your doorstep and take you over to the beach access point! The beach is private and wasn't crowded at all. The only reason the overall rating is 4 stars vs. 5 was because the washer/dryer unit wasn't available. While the owners did attempt to find another solution, there wasn't one available during our stay, thus, we had to wash softball uniforms in the sink each day and dry them with the hair dryers. While I do understand that maintenance issues are sometimes inevitable, it was noted that the part that was needed to repair the washer had been on order for over a week, thus, it would have been nice if someone would have reached out to let us know the unit wasn't going to be available vs. us stumbling onto the sign after arrival. All in all, we would definitely stay here again ... we had a wonderful time and the 30A location was beyond amazing!

Cozy Little House

The house itself is decorated nicely and equipped with most everything you would need during your stay. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine and dryer were not in working order when we arrived. There were items inside of it and a sign on top that said the washer was not available. We contacted the owner about this upon arrival and were told someone would be coming to fix it the last day of our stay. She told us they had a hard time securing an appointment due to COVID-19. We completely understood that, but wish we had been told prior to arriving that we wouldn't be able to do laundry because we were counting on it and packed accordingly. The last day we were there, we gave permission for someone to let the technician in to fix the washer and dryer while we were at the beach. We came home and found the sign saying the washer wasn't available had been moved from the top of the washer to the front - it still wasn't in working order. I contacted the owner about it and never got any response as to what had happened. Also, the last day of our stay there was a big roach that came out from under the oven. We contacted the owner about it and sent her a couple of pictures of it before we killed it and immediately got a response that they'd never had this happen before and that they would make sure someone came out to address the possible issue after we left. The place appeared clean and I do believe that it was a freak thing that the roach was there. Hopefully our stay was just an off week at this property. If the communication had been better regarding the washer/dryer situation, I'd feel very comfortable in recommending this cozy little house. It's in a great location.

We arrived to find the AC was not working. We contacted the owners and the property manager was there within the hour and fixed the issue. This is a beautiful little hideaway in an excellent location. Just steps from the pool and the beach access. This is the perfect place for a short stay. Super clean and plenty of amenities. You will definitely enjoy your stay in Seacrest.

Great location!

This was our first time on 30a and we will definitely be going back. This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two year old who enjoyed sleeping on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach though with a toddler and stuff to carry we took the very convenient tram a few times. The gorgeous lagoon pool was also just a couple of minutes from the house. We rode bikes to the many shops and restaurants located just a few minutes away which we also enjoyed. We had a little hiccup with the property manager on check in, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to this area. Though we may outgrow this particular rental as a family I would definitely recommend to couples or a family of 3 or 4.

We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was perfect, the kitchen well- stocked and the Murphy bed was really comfortable. Our girls said the bunk beds were great and having the half bath by the beds was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculately clean rental in a beautiful community

This rental was very clean and everything seemed new. The Murphy bed was comfy but the bottom floor bunk was a bit too crowded for an adult. You can sit up in the top bunk but not in bottom. We fixed it by using the upstairs sofa as a bed (size of a long twin). But perfect for kids with a TV in each bunk. The location is great for nearby shops and restaurants. Right outside Alys. Peddlers and Starbucks within walking distance. However, although the beach access is only for Seacrest guests, the assigned area was packed. Amazing host!

Amazing

This was our second time staying in the carriage house and it was just as amazing as the first. Prime location situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach, we rode bikes that came with the house to dinner and live music every night. We never had to use our car. The carriage house is brand new and immaculate. Our two girls loved the bunk beds and half bath downstairs and it gave us some privacy upstairs. Overall an amazing experience and we will be back.

We are residents of Roswell GA and have traveled to this area for over 25 years since our kids were little.
We love the quick getaway and beautiful beaches.
We have 3 children that are now young adults, but live to visit alone as a couple, with our kids, grandparents and extended family.
