Super vacances 🌞

Appartement très propre avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances, avec le bord de mer assez proche et l'espace piscine super agréable. Le seul point négatif que nous aurions à souligner c'est l'absence de place de parking privée car très compliqué pour trouver une place de parking.e.

Appartement confortable avec une belle vue sur mer

Appartement fonctionnel et trés agreable avec une belle vue sur mer. Par contre,c'est dommage que la terrasse du haut n'ait pas de store (comme tous les appartements voisins) car il est impossible d'y être le midi car trop ensoleillée. Il est nécessaire de se déplacer en voiture car il se situe dans les hauteurs de Peñiscola.

Nada de apartamento de lujo.

Ofertaban el apartamento como de lujo y de eso nada. Cocina enana, frigorífico enano y el chaiselonge incomodisimo, estaba hundido. Las almohadas de las camas eran todas diferentes y a cada cual más incómoda. Es un dúplex en dos alturas y las escaleras de bajada peligrosísimas para los niños. No lo aconsejo para niños pequeños. Casi todas las terrazas de los vecinos tienen toldo y a nosotros nos daba el sol a todas horas por no tenerlo. Lo mejor que es una zona tranquila, pero hay que ir en coche a todos los sitios.

Schöne Aussicht, aber ...

Unterkunft in der kühleren Jahreszeit nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage (keine Zentralheizung wie in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen beschrieben), erwärmt aber nur das obere Stockwerk, untere Schlafräume unbeheizt.

Appartement bien équipé et confortable

Nous avons loué l'appartement avec 4 adultes en septembre. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé (climatisation, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, ustensiles de cuisine ...). Nous avons été accueillis par Yvan, qui était déjà à l'appartement quand nous sommes arrivés. Il a été très utile et nous a fourni toutes les informations sur la location et le quartier. Nous étions à Peniscola pendant les "Fiestas", donc il y avait beaucoup d'animation. Nous avons apprécié le séjour et nous reviendrons certainement.
