Helmut was super responsive and very helpful. Really the only issue was the downstairs shower leaked into the hallway with every use. Peñiscola is beautiful and we loved our stay.

Hallo Tara, ich finde es sehr schade, daß Ihr uns nur mit 4 Sternen bewertet habt. Wir tue alles damit sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen. Wenn, wie in Eurem Fall eine Toilette verstopft ist, liegt das in aller Regel daran, daß Gäste alles mögliche, wie Feuchttuecher etc. In die Toilette werfen, obwohl wir extra mit einer Tafel darauf hinweisen, daß solche Dinge nicht in die Toilette geworfen werden sollen. Das sammelt sich dann leider im Abfluss an und führt zu Verstopfungen. Nachdem ihr uns das mitgeteilt habt wurde das Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Die Ursache liegt also nicht bei uns. Wir können nur reagieren und das haben wir unmittelbar getan. Trotzdem noch einmal vielen Dank für Euren Besuch und eine gute Zeit.

La casa está accesible a playas, supermercados, etc, pero hay que coger el coche.La zona es súper tranquila, se agradece y la casa es amplia. La limpieza un poco justita.El aire acondicionado no tiene flujo suficiente en las habitaciones pequeñas.La nevera no enfría lo suficiente, nos comentaron que era nueva y que no se subiera más de 2, pero seguía enfriando poco y hay que comprar al día, para que no se ponga mala la comida.

Hallo Beatriz, jeder weiß, daß wenn man einen Kühlschrank auf die höchste Stufe stellt, er im Gefrierfach einfriert und dann nicht mehr in den anderen Bereichen ausreichend kühlt. Was die Sauberkeit unseres Hauses angeht, bekommen wir durchweg 5 Sterne Bewertungen und wir schauen immer bevor unsere Gäste anreisen ob unser Reinigungsdienst gute Arbeit geleistet hat. Was soll bei Deiner Anreise anders gewesen sein? Was auch immer Dich zu dieser Bewertung veranlasst hat ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Lage gut, Ausstattung im Haus sehr gut und es war sehr sauber... Kommunikation mit Verwalter und Hausbetreuer vor Ort sehr sehr gut. Wir sind in allen Bereichen zufrieden.
