Come enjoy this new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!
The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring Streets, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from comforting Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine, and Upper King Street has hip bars for craft beer and house cocktails. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xaio Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Warehouse, Chez Nous and Josephine Wine Bar. Wildflour Pastry and 132 Coffee and Kitchen bar are wonderful local coffee shops in within a block.
Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:
