Enjoy breathtaking water views from every room in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home right on Great Pond. 6 adult maximum capacity, 8 person total. 3 car maximum. Access to boat launch and sandy shore, stroll or ride bikes on scenic path to Bristol Beach, minutes from great shopping. This spacious house has an open floor plan, expansive kitchen with large island open to living room, dining room and sun room. Two full master suites (one on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor), the second floor has a full Family Room with gas fireplace, partial kitchen, big screen TV, and amazing deck with high top table and glider Adirondack chairs. Three furnished decks for enjoying morning coffee and sunset dining. Tons of space, with many separate areas for children of all ages to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower.

My family and I were celebrating the wedding of our oldest son and we really enjoyed our stay at the property. Joanna, our host, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating and her house was perfect. Fabulous house! Photos do not do it justice. The water views take your breath away. Was perfect for our multi-gen family vacation. Loved the kayaking and swimming right across the street. Unbelievably equipped with everything you could possibly need. Joanna was delightful and was able to let us have an early check in and late check out.

Cape Summer Wedding/Family Vacation

Awesome Cape home conveniently located close to most everything in Falmouth, MA yet at the end of a quiet street with gorgeous views! This home comfortably accommodated six guests and had all of the amenities we needed to truly feel at home. Gracious and caring host was a pleasure to work and communicate with before and after our rental. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic East Falmouth home

Exceptional Property and Owners!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Joanna, the owner was extremely helpful, kind, and very communicative. The house is even better than the pictures! Beautiful spot with so many bonus add-ons (bikes, kayaks, and a very stocked kitchen with everything you need.) We were amazed at this house and would most definitely rent again. We had 8 of us staying here (two families) and there was more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Five Star Stay on Great Pond!

This property is a delight to visit, as it has been thoughtfully renovated and maintained. Each year the owner upgrades the home and furnishings to keep it looking spectacular. The waterfront vista beckons from three nicely appointed decks. Cozy details such as pretty table settings and fun board games make it a relaxing retreat. The owner makes us feel most welcome and comfortable each time we return for a summer visit. Much appreciated! This is a 5 star experience!

Five stars for waterfront oasis!

We enjoyed magical waterviews from three decks and all living/dining/kitchen areas in this beautifully renovated home. The walking path in front of house is perfect for waterfront strolls along Great Bay. The owner of this property is so professional and responsive, and her attention to detail shows throughout the house. It is thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to relax! This was our third visit in as many years, and we will be back in 2024. Looking forward!

Great Pond vacation

Property was excellent. Great location on the shores of Great Pond, easy to get downtown. The 2 master suites worked out great, and the other bedrooms made it easy to hold the whole family. The rest of the house was really nice, great views of the pond, three large decks, one covered with a retractable awning. There were 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, and multiple water floats. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and just about anything you’d need. We had a great week there. The hosts was very responsive throughout the process

Waterfront living at its best!

This gem of a waterfront property is a perfect spot for relaxing. Two beautifully appointed decks provide a front-row seat to take in the beauty of the cove. The home is thoughtfully designed and the homeowner is super friendly and responsive. This is a retreat for all ages! My elderly Mom loves to watch the waterfront and appreciates the first-floor bedroom with ensuite bath. Path in front of house is great for younger visitors, who can walk along the water and head down to the beach for seaside fun. Good times!

Relaxing, week-long stay

The property was the perfect place for our vacation. The house was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had such an amazing view and the nearby lake. Joanna was also very lovely — she met us on the first day and gave us a tour of the house and would respond to our text messages punctually throughout the week. Best VRBO experience ever!

This beautifully renovated home was set on a salt water protected inlet, perfect for the kayaks provided. We also brought a 17’ Whaler which we launched one block from the house at the public launch. Bicycling on the area bike paths was beautifully scenic. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the features of this home including two fire pits, indoor fireplace, gas grill, bikes, kayaks, gorgeous sunrises and moonrise’s over the water. This is an idyllic piece of paradise. Oh, did I mention the homeowner was wonderful too? Joanna walked us through the home on arrival and even checked in on us by text during our stay to be sure everything was perfect! I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Amazing modern house, with great views

Falmouth waterfront living is at its best in this newly built seaside gem. The owner has thought through every detail and welcomes guests personally, much appreciated! The outdoor living spaces are spectacular, and every interior space is maximized for comfortable chic living on the Cape Cod coast. Five stars!

couldn't have been better

The location, the house itself, and the host were all spot on. The house has a wonderful layout and great views of the water from all rooms that matter - the TWO sitting areas, the THREE decks, the kitchen, and the dining area. The house was very well-appointed and impeccably clean. Joanna was wonderful to work with. This house would be great for a family (large or small) or two small families/groups traveling together. The house has two master suites. I can't recommend this house enough...

Best Friends. Best Accomodations, Best Vacation

Our group of 8, 4 couples, friends for 40+ years, vacation together for a week every summer we can. The house on Great Pond is hands down the best vacation home. The host, Joanna, was waiting for us when we arrived, gave us the tour, told us about all the amenities. And then checked up on us during our stay to make sure all was going well. The house is in pristine condition, equipped with everything you need, comfort plus from sitting to sleeping, the views of Great Pond set the tone for the day, even the foggy days and the location is convenient to stores, restaurants center of Falmouth. Than you, Joanna for creating a beautiful home for others to enjoy. We will be back!
