Main House has central AC while bedroom 1 is set up with desk for easy remote work, to stay current with work. The back cottage also is set up as a home office. Expansive back yard and comfortable patio for big family and friend cookouts and games after long days frolicking around town or enjoying Falmouth Heights Beach! There are so many activities, rain or shine, there is plenty to do. Kayaks are available in the garage along with a couple of bikes, Holiday Cycles is right down the street if riding as a foursome is what you're looking for. For the shoppers in the family, downtown Falmouth is one mile away and Mashpee Commons is a 10-minute ride away.

While this property is absolutely perfect for families and groups for summer fun by the beach, Falmouth is a great location to get away for the holidays starting with Halloween! Main Street has the best decorations with scarecrows lining the street and trick or treats at many of the shops! Move on to Thanksgiving and there is nowhere better to host your family! The large kitchen table generally and easily fits more than a dozen adults and even more with kids. There are two ovens, in the gourmet kitchen, for cooking both a turkey and another main course.
