Es una magnífica villa nueva de 200 m² con 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado - 3 baños - 3 baños para cada habitación - Sala de estar con cocina americana - terraza con piscina privada infinita, mantenida dos veces por semana - 6 tumbonas y una pérgola bioclimática que fue volada por Irma

Esta villa es una nueva construcción en una nueva subdivisión y está ubicada en la bahía de Indigo Bay cerca de la bahía de Philipsburg (lado holandés)
Tiene una hermosa vista al mar con cruceros que pasan de vez en cuando día y noche
En la parte inferior de esta villa en la playa hay un muy buen restaurante en el paseo marítimo de Kokomo (ver en Google Maps) Cay Bay Bay (Indigo Beach)
Esta villa se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Julienna, a 5 minutos de la bahía de Simpson con muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

Excellent property with gorgeous views!

We had an amazing time staying at this villa! The check in process was smooth, Mikael was very helpful. The views from the deck and infinity pool were perfect to relax at the end of each day before heading off to dinner. The location was great! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Stunning Villa

Spacious and clean villa with spectacular views of Indigo Bay. The pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. Gorgeous, quiet beach with an amazing restaurant a short walk from the villa. Will gladly stay here again.

Perfect location

Conveniently located between Cole Bay and Philipsburg the condo provided easy access to both and the peace and quiet we expect in the tropics. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. The condo had just about everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Perfect Villa with great view

Allamanda villa was exactly as pictured, it was perfect for our group of 6. Very clean, spacious and had a spectacular view. It's tucked away down in Indigo Bay and every time we pulled off the round-a-bout to go down to it, we all took a sigh of relief that we were home! We highly recommend it.

Completely amazing

This property is COMPLETELY AMAZING. It looks exactly like the pictures. My host was super helpful and everything we needed was on the property. I recommended this place to a lot of people. If I ever go back to Sint Maarten, this will be my go to place to stay.

Wonderful stay at St. Martin

The view of the villa in incredible. The property manager, Mike was so helpful and responsive. The distance to the beach is about 3 min walking. I would highly recommend this spacious villa to stay. Thanks

Beautiful place, beautiful view, FANTASTIC rental

The house was very clean and comfortable and the views of Indigo bay beautiful. The pool was also nice to have and overlooked the bay. There were also beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available which was a nice added surprise. It was as stated, a short walk to a very quiet, semi-private beach with a nice beach bar & grill. The property manager was a great guy to talk with as well. We would highly recommend this place for multiple couples or a larger family.

COULD NOT have been better!!!

WOW....fantastic rental! Incredibly spacious and nice condo. Great view of the ocean and short walk to beach and good restaurant. The condo is in a quiet and safe community. Manager was incredibly accommodating. One of the best rentals we've ever had.

Stunning views

Our stay was great. A couple of things were not working but the property manager was able to fix them. The construction noise does tend to interfere with a relaxing day, but once that is complete, it will be amazing.It would be nice to have hand soap in the bathrooms.Also, the information provided for restaurants, etc was great. Would be helpful to have more info on the complex as well, such as where the community pools are as it would save the questions being asked of the property manager.Overall, great place! Would recommend it.

This was every bit as good as the pictures portray. Mike is a huge asset to the property. We are definitely interested in returning next year. We loved the location and felt we had what we needed. The champagne started our visit and great days continued to the end. Wi-fi allowed us to stay in touch with family and world events. We couldn’t have asked for more! Fabulous time.

Amazing brand new home in paradise!

This home by far exceeded our expectations. Every time we walked through the front door and saw the amazing view, we were in awe. The property managers were so kind and brought in toys for our children which was super kind and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The home is well stocked beyond belief amd the modern lines of the home made u feel like you were staying at a luxury property! We own several vacation rentals in Florida so to see this house in person made us want to buy one in St. martin! Rent here as you will not be disappointed!!!!

Indigo Bay

The place itself is fabulous. The manager was attentive and hospitable. Basic needs were not met. I found the owner extremely unprofessional. The air conditioners in the bedrooms did not work and have made two attempts to resolve it with her and she has ignored my communications.

Beautiful Villa With Minor Issues

Property was beautiful and looked exactly like the listing. Only a few minor issues: The downstairs bathroom smelled like sewage which then trailed throughout the whole house. They also need to put traps down outside because there were rats at night but we understood that was due to construction. When we had a maintenance issue the owner was responsive but made a slick comment about the amount of people seven (7) when we asked the owner if the amount of people was okay PRIOR to booking. Overall the house was nice with great views, hopefully the owner can fix those minor issues.

Hi Tanya, Thanks for the honest review and thanks to your feedback we have located the source of the smell. It was a loose toilet and wax ring. Has been all fixed. We have also set up some rat traps and we hope to catch that critter very soon assuming he is still around. I’m also so very sorry about the misunderstanding with the 7 guests but I certainly would not have said a word if the message had been properly relayed to me. I hope you can accept my sincere apology on that.

Lovely home and Vista

We had a lovely stay at Villa Allemanda! The condo was pristine, and the unobstructed views from our balcony and bedroom were outstanding! The Villa is perched right above Indigo Bay Beach, which we decided, after trying several others, was the best beach to spend our stay, and it was very convenient to have a restaurant right there on the beach. We ate there several times, and met a wonderful beach server to help us settle in and serve us food and drink throughout our stay. My only problem with the Villa is that we were not aware of the amount of ascending and descending stairs we had to navigate to access the Villa and then inside the Villa as well. We both got quite a workout by the end of 10 beautiful sunny days there. Michael, the property manager, could not have been more friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay . We got advice about restaurants, beaches and in home chef services, and he even went out of his way to set up an Apple TV program so we could watch the Superbowl ! We were very grateful for his advice, and kindness. We did rent a car, which I believe is a must on St. Martin, and am glad we did, becaue we needed it to drive even to Indigo Bay Beach, as the walk was too long. Navigation is difficult there on the island and the traffic was horrendous,especially with all the motor bikes weaving ina nd around the cars, but we prevailed and were able to get to the wonderful local supermarket, and to any restaurant we wanted to dine at. One word of advice,; bring your own hairdryer, as none of the hairdryers in the villa had adaptable heat settings.

A bit disappointing.

This was our second year staying in Indigo Bay. The property we stayed at last year was already rented for our time frame unfortunately. A few small amenities would go a long way here. Soap and shampoo in the showers, extra pillows available for the beds. A few noodles for the pool. And, the couch was in need of a good steam cleaning. Upon arrival, the heater for the pool was not working. Mike the property manager immediately fixed it. It stopped working again, and he was back on it! The temp will only reach 86F/30C which is a bit on the cold side for my preference. We also had a bit of a mosquito issue in the mornings near the kitchen sink and the main bathroom. Not sure why? We did not leave any windows or doors open. There was also a pretty musty smell in the main bathroom as well. Mike did clean out the long drain in the shower which definitely helped! On the morning of our departure the pool guy had come by to service the pool. A bit later I was sitting on the edge of the pool near the steps and my brand new bathing suit I purchased two days before had bleach spots on it. While I realize he must’ve accidentally gotten bleach outside the pool, the owners response was disappointing and dismissive. They conveyed through Mike to give me the pool guys number and contact him about it. If I had damaged their property accidentally, I certainly would’ve been charged. So, out $250 for my brand new bathing suit. Mike the property manager was awesome though!

Spectacular!

Villa Allamanda was in the most spectacular spot for our vacation. The views of the bay/ocean were mesmerizing. We sat on the patio for hours just enjoying the tranquility, infinity pool, and tons of butterflies circling around. I felt like we had our own private beach with it’s turquoise, crystal clear water and soft sand. Heaven on earth. The views from 2 of the bedrooms were dreamlike and the whole villa is lovely. Communicating with the owner and property manager was perfect. It was just a short drive to amazing restaurants and all the activity and nightlife anyone could want. If I used a lot of superlatives-I couldn’t help it. Staying at Villa Allamanda in St Maarten was our favorite vacation.

Beautiful setting

The property is on a lovely bay and the views are ideal. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were exceptional. The 3rd did not have an attached bathroom and the room was notably smaller. This was an inconvenience for the 3rd couple. Otherwise, the property exceeded expectations. We would definitely consider another visit. Overall, we would recommend it.

Property is simply amazing. The picture doesn't do it justice. Will definitely stay there again. The Host Sandrine is awesome. Only piece of advise to anyone using a GPS to the Property, set it to Indigo beach bar and once at the gate, the security guard will guide you. (Development is new and not updated on maps)

30th birthday trip

This Villa was amazing!!!! The pictures do no justice, my group and I enjoyed our stay from the time we walked in it felt like home. From the view to the interior everything was prefect.
