Tee Indian Rocks Beachin lomastasi ikimuistoinen, kun pysyt tässä perheystävällisessä huoneistossa, jossa on jaettu uima-allas (mukaan lukien lasten allas) ja välitön pääsy ruokailu- ja vesipuistoon. Great Fl location, just a couple of blocks from the beach. Excellent view, relaxing. Water park nearby was a great option, we did not go but it was great to have it there, we preferred the beach. Plenty of places to eat around. Thank you!

Great unit and location

Great place to stay for walking distance to beautiful and low key Indian Rocks Beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and only 4 min drive to Publix. Water park right next door. Spectacular view from the 8th floor balcony.

Fun waterpark resort

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The view from the deck, which overlooks the intercoastal area, was wonderful. We appreciated receiving 4 waterpark passes as we are a family of 5 so we only needed to purchase 1 additional pass per day. Although there are some great aspects of this condo, it could use a little refresh. For instance, the pillows are getting flat and not as comfortable as they probably once were. The bedding overall could use a refresh to increase the comfort of the beds. Also, the dishwasher and laundry unit could be updated or fixed. The dishwasher door was difficult to close and slightly dirty. The dryer down on the dishwasher unit would swing open and would hit me in the head when moving the laundry to the dryer. It would also be helpful to have a few more restock items while guests are there. We had only 1 trash bag for the kitchen, which went quickly with our family of 5 using the unit. There were 3 laundry pods which was helpful to start with, but with us being asked to start towels before we vacated the property, it only left us 2 for our personal belongings. We had to end up purchasing more, which we left for the next guests. Overall, we had an excellent time on this vacation, but the unit could just use a little refresh sometime in the near future.

Beautiful space

The views were spectacular! Having coffee in the morning, watching dolphins and manatees... views of the sun coming up and go down from your balcony is just the best! My kids loved the waterpark and every person we encountered was kind and I felt so safe.

Overall it was a nice stay.

We had a few minor issues but they did not ruin the trip. The light didn't work in the guest bath and when they called about it before check-in they said Monday it would be fixed and it never was, the cold water didn't work in the main bathroom sink, other than those couple things our stay was great. Our kids loved the water park and the view from our balcony was very nice.

Condo was well stocked with plenty of things to do at the beach! Beautiful view of the intercostal and the ocean! Beach was just a short walk from the condo. Kids loved the water park as well!

The view from the 8th floor was amazing. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the small waterpark and it was an easy walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

Amazing

Loved this spacious property! The view was incredible. I would definitely stay here again - lots of space, and with two queen and one king size bed, there was lots of space to sleep as well. An added bonus is that the water park is included. Would absolutely stay here again.

Grandkids Summer Visit

Perfect for young children. Close to the beach and the water park. We enjoyed both! The condo was just as pictured on the listing. Very clean and we loved sitting out on the balcony waching the wild life and boats on the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking pass

Checked in Sat. & there was no parking pass inside of condo. Talked & texted 100 times with many VACASA agent and all agent told me either it is somewhere inside of room or they will solve the issue. There were no parking space and we had to park on Street where it say "no parking" all nigh my wife and I rotate and went down make sure nobody to our car. After talked 100 times, wee finally got our parking pass on Tue. afternoon the day before check out.

Great place

Have stayed in this area several times before because its such a great location. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants and the beach. Water park for the kids to enjoy. The unit itself was clean and comfortable for 5 of us. 3 adult size teens included in that. Top floor so you can see the gulf from the balcony. Really great place. Nothing but good to say about it. *** one tip. Upon arrival, the elevator to get to the room is in the back of the parking structure (go straight and then left). There are 3 elevators in the garage but the one in the back of the garage is the only one that will get you to the 8th floor.

Nice view horrible housekeeping!

The view was great! Housekeeping was horrible. It was not the cleanest. And the housekeeper was extremely unprofessional entering our room after arriving stating she needed to change the bedspread because it had a stain on it. Proceeded to change it and says oh sorry it’s too small but it will do. Then says did you know one of the beds is broken? We of course did not know this. She says well are you using all three beds which we reply yes she says well let me make a call. Leaves and two minutes later knocks on the door proceeds in the room where the bed is broken and lays on it and says it’s good. Mind you doesn’t ask if it’s okay she lay on the bed?!?! Nor does she offer to change the linens after doing so!!! The kitchen floor was coming up. The air vents were full of dust like they haven’t been cleaned in months and months. The bathroom sink didn’t drain we had to hold the drain plug up with a knife to drain it. The price for this unit per night was not worth the experience we encountered. Very disappointed in the simple reply we received from Vacasa stating we ensure you this will be addressed. Working in the hospitality industry myself I’m embarrassed that I allowed my guests to experience the things they did.

GREAT LOCATION!

Let me start first off by saying we truly enjoyed our stay here and the location was 10 out of 10! What we loved: 1. Location 2. Access to water park and pool 3. Close distance to public beach access 4. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit giving us ability to prepare meals and snacks for outings and wash and dry our beach towels 5. Unit had all beach gear needed…beach cart, umbrella (which broke but we replaced), 3 chairs, boogie board, skim board, kid toys and beach games. We loaded that thing up and headed out! It was perfect! 6. Quiet… our deck faced the inter coastal so it was calm and peaceful. Bring up high meant nobody above you to make noise 7. Plenty of space in unit 8. Hardly anyone around…here and there on the elevator, never in the stairwell. Felt like our own space. 9. Nice big fridge 10. Water park passes… great to be able to float in the lazy river or cool off in the pool. Pool area was very clean. I’d see them almost every day out there vacuuming it. 11. 2 big box fans, 1 for each bedroom 12. Plenty of beach/pool towels What we didn’t love: 1. Unit was not ready till after 4 to check in. Faucet was broke and maintenance was “fixing” it. 2. Unit was still being cleaned after 4. My family is sensitive to harsh cleaning smells and when the door opened the smell hit me like a truck! I asked the cleaning person to stop mopping because the smell was so strong. She did and we aired the place out. 3. Not very clean, which I had seen on other reviews…I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs and debris in the drawers, air vents had thick dust on them, the pocket doors (which are white) looked like they never got cleaned since they are slid in, the washer/dryer unit was uneven so the dryer door hit me in the head while trying to load the wet clothes in, and the table under the tv in the master bedroom had pieces of broken furniture inside it. Decor was mediocre. 4. Elevator did go out of service several times. Def could be an inconvenience. We took the stairs as much as possible tho but In order to get the beach buggy downstairs you def would be needing the elevator. 5. Vacuum in unit fell apart as I tried to clean up some sand from the beach. I would have appreciated a working vac bkz the sand did come in. No point in having a broken vacuum. Over all I really liked our stay. Just wanted to give an honest and complete review.

The unit needs some repairs and updates and Vacasa did not handle maintenance issues well..

We have stayed at Harbourside at Marker 33 for the last 5 years, however, this was our first stay in this particular unit (and our first experience with Vacasa). Vacasa required me to pay the remaining balance (minus the initial deposit made via VRBO) on their website. This was concerning to me as VRBO only protects the user's payment made via VRBO. I spoke with Vacasa about my concerns and was told that it was the only way to complete my reservation. Unfortunately, there were no other units available at this property, so I had no choice. At check-in, we realized that we were only given one keycard (every other unit we've stayed in at his property has provided 2+ keycards). I asked about getting more cards and was told that I would get them the next day (we never received any more keycards despite almost daily correspondence with Vacasa and many promises).Our first night in the unit, we noticed that the guest bedroom was not cooling. We called Vacasa immediately and were told that it might be the next morning before we heard back from maintenance since it was after hours. That was understandable, however, we never heard from maintenance at all the next day. On day 3 of our stay, maintenance came by and discovered that the air filters were extremely dirty (we saw them as well). They stated that someone must have forgotten to replace them 6 months ago. Vacasa instead stated that they are changed every 30 days (which could not be the case based on their appearance). The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were broken and the speed could not be changed. The guest bedroom was stuck on low and the master bedroom stuck on high. Maintenance replaced the guest bedroom fan for us on day 4 of our stay since that bedroom was not cooling properly and we were under the impression that was all that would be done during our stay. On the last day of our reservation, we were surprised by a visit from the A/C company. They replaced the compressor which fixed the A/C problem, however, they discovered a short in the entryway light that was causing the power to go out in the guest bedroom. I contacted Vacasa to let them know about the new issue and never received a response. Overall, the unit was dirtier than any other we have stayed in at Harbourside and it needs many updates/small repairs. The dishwasher was difficult to close, laundry door was missing, blinds broken, and bathroom door locks don't work. I will stay at Harbourside again, but not in this particular unit.

Great location

The location of this property was amazing. Several food locations within walking distance. The beach was just a short walk away. The elevator was out during our stay otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
