Ultimate Beach House pour votre prochain Vacay ~ 50 pieds de la plage !!

Nouveau sur le marché locatif! Notre maison est en bord de mer dans le village de Carlsbad. Belle vue sur les vagues depuis le grand balcon de notre maison de ville de trois étages. Salon spacieux de style ouvert avec cuisine moderne, salle à manger, salle familiale et 2 grandes chambres de maßtre avec salles de bains. Une troisiÚme chambre bonus attachée à un maßtre pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Tous les meubles et articles de maison sont neufs! Deux nouveaux lits King super confortables et un nouveau lit gigogne avec deux matelas jumeaux. Plus un nouveau canapé-lit Queen avec les meilleures critiques. Espace de travail (nouveau bureau et chaise) dans la grande chambre principale avec beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle. Nouveau barbecue à 5 brûleurs. La maison n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied (quelques pùtés de maisons) de l'adorable village de Carlsbad. Nous avons 4 vélos pour adultes, 1 vélo pour enfant, ainsi que des planches de bodyboard, des chaises, un parapluie et des jouets - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée de plaisir à la plage. Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures (ne convient pas aux banlieues, mais nous avons de l'espace dans l'allée pour une grande voiture). Les salles de bain sont des douches (pas de baignoire) et sont un peu plus vieilles mais fonctionnent parfaitement. EntiÚrement approvisionné avec de nouvelles serviettes et produits de bain. La cuisine est neuve et trÚs propre et entiÚrement équipée avec toutes les nécessités de la cuisine fournies pour votre facilité de cuisson. Trois nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat intelligents de 55 pouces. Il y a une cour privée pour plus d'espace pour se détendre, cuisiner au barbecue ou laisser les enfants courir en toute sécurité, et la vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine est inestimable. Notre maison est un excellent choix pour vos prochaines vacances!

Perfect location

We loved staying at this property. Right across from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Carlsbad again.

Perfect Getaway!

What a wonderful property that is well maintained and thoughtful in all aspects making you feel home away from home! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you need. The location is unbeatable as well; a short walk to beach.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house is located in a PERFECT location. We went to Legoland day 1 and Sea World day 2. We walked across the street and took walks on the gorgeous beach too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach getaway!

Great location and beach rental for our family! Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean, especially for sunset. We had our teenage daughters and their friends here before heading off to college, it was perfect for us all!

Beautiful beach house, in a wonderful location! This house is directly across the street from the beach, and also walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad village. My family of 6 adults stayed here, and we had plenty of space for everyone. We loved using all of the beach gear provided in the garage, and had so much fun riding the bikes into town every day to shop. Mike was a wonderful host and responded right away to any questions we had. We love Carlsbad, and would absolutely love to book this house again if we return.

Mike and Janice have a wonderful place, directly across the street from the Ocean. The configuration of the rooms allowed us to look at the ocean all day from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms were in the back of the house and thus very quiet and cool. The bathrooms are newer than the photos and extremely well done. We also appreciated the access to all of the beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and blankets, and a bunch of other stuff we didn't get to such as bikes, boogie boards, etc. We appreciated having screens on almost all of the windows, which allowed us to get good cross ventilation from the front to the back of the house. WIFI was excellent for work, streaming, and videogaming on a laptop. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Beautiful views, Carlsbad Village is just a short walk away with many great restaurants, shops and a fun farmers market. House was very clean. Included a nice grill for fresh fish and everything you need for the beach - Had a great time.

Great stay at the beach house..The location was awesome right across the street from a beautiful, not crowded, beach. The home had plenty of space for two little boys and four adults to enjoy the home equally. Awesome experience...would definitely stay again.

Best beach house

This was the best beach house with the most awesome kindest owners ever!! We are Carlsbad locals for over 25 years. We needed a house closer to the beach for our daughter’s 13th birthday celebration we couldn’t have asked for a better house!! We will definitely rent this house again!!
