Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, expanded kitchen and dining area. Plenty of parking (including RV parking) and easy access to grocery store, bank, post office, library, luxury movie theater, and MANY restaurants. Beach, Legoland, golf courses are less than 10 minutes away. Disneyland only 1 hour away. It's ALL Here!

The backyard offers relaxing hammock, fire-pit, 6-hole putting green, and a variety of outdoor games and toys.

You will LOVE your stay here..! Amazing community, friendly people, great food, healthy living, active lifestyle, perfect weather, and a beautiful home…

Stay close to amazing Encinitas and Carlsbad beaches :: Cardiff, Pipes, D Street, Moonlight, Beacons, Grandview, Ponto, Carlsbad State beach, Terramar, Tamarack and More! Soak in the sun year round, play beach volleyball, go boogie boarding, surfing, build sand castles, or sit on the beach and do nothing..! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards and surf boards provided, all you need is sandals and your bathing suit!

The house is walking distance to the grocery store, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, and multiple excellent restaurants: Beach Plum Kitchen, Notorious Burgers, Tin Leaf Fresh Kitchen, La Costa Coffee Roasting, Black Rail Restaurant, and Vitality Bowls, ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE..
La Costa Resort is a mile down the road. The Forum is less than five minutes away and has great shopping, Jimbo’s Organic grocery store, and excellent restaurants such as Urban Plates, Buca di Beppo, Casa De Bandini (margaritas please!) and Pressed Juicery.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly what we needed as three colleagues staying in Carlsbad for a few days. The location was perfect-across from a plaza with a grocery store, multiple coffee options, restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable which was great and we had space to spread out and to hang together.

Excellent property and location

The property was fantastic and location was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the backyard is great. We weren't familiar with the Traeger and wished there was a regular, larger grill. Only other suggestion is to put an electrical outlet in pantry to plug in microwave so we didn't have to carry it out into kitchen and plug in. The property is exceptional.

In town for a wedding

The house is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently close to a major shopping center. It was perfect for our family, well-appointed, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a minor problem with the electronic lock system and Taylor, our hostess reacted immediately and saved the day :-) We appreciated all the amenities, they were just as they were described, and we would recommend this house to anyone.

This home is located near many amenities. The house itself is very comfortable. One thing I was not aware of is right next door is gated parking for I believe RV's etc. It was not a problem but would have been nice to know. There are also large power poles right next door as well. The house worked great for our family wedding.

Wedding time

Wanted a home base for all the various activities for our daughter’s wedding. Two sets of washer/ dryer was very helpful. Open plan and backyard gave us lot’s of elbow room. Also, very well stocked kitchen. We had numerous communications with the owner (Taylor) who was great. We tried to treat it like our own home. The only complaint I have is my inability to operate the many lighting controls. We would stay again; easy decision!

We are a family of five and LOVE this home and the city of Carlsbad. We love the beach, hikes, outdoors, shopping, and good food. With two little ones, we enjoy family friendly locations, but also did plenty of exploring without "littles" in tow. We look forward to sharing it all with you.

I grew up in northern California and moved to Orange County and then San Diego for college. I met Kenny freshman year and we haven't left! We have been ALL over San Diego and finally settled in Carlsbad in 2013. We absolutely love it here in Carlsbad and love being close to charming Encinitas beach town as well. We can help you determine what to do, where to go, and where to eat pretty much anywhere in San Diego!

Why they chose this property

Carlsbad is such a great family and community centered city. You won't want to leave. We didn't! Kenny and I came up for a wedding at La Costa Omni Resort in 2012 and fell in love. We arrived early and decided to check out the beach "real quick". Real quick actually ended up being real quick! We drove down the road to PCH, saw a sign that said "Beach" with an arrow, parked and walked onto the sand. AND it wasn't jam packed full of people! We were fortunate enough to purchase a home in La Costa in 2013 and begin growing our family. Once the opportunity presented itself again, we had to do it! So here we are, with another wonderful home that we are so excited to share with you!

This home has high-end finishes and such quality workmanship throughout. We were drawn to the attention to detail and all the special luxurious touches that this home had to offer. Nothing is missing from this home and we believe that is so important for our guests.
