Toucans, Mountains & Waterfalls! Jungle Villa, 5-8 BR, with full staff.
Upscale property in a beautiful, secluded mountain setting with panoramic vistas toward the ocean at Dominical. 8 BR total, 5 in the main house are included in the rental with 3 optional add-on guest rooms in the garden complex ($49 per room per night if occupied). We can comfortably accommodate 1-20 guests. In-ground pool, 12 person spa and chill out area in adjacent gardens. Fully staffed with daily breakfast included. Concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, evening cooks and security. The very well equipped main house (6000 sf/ on 3 levels) sits on a private jungle reserve of 66 acres which has 5 large waterfalls, jungle swimming holes, two rivers, spring fed creeks. There are tended hiking trails and quiet country roads. Los Aires is a bird watchers paradise. Monkeys and toucans frequent the property daily. Cool evening temperatures and warm days. Lots of jungle adventures and hiking/horseback riding. Close to the amazing Nauyaca Waterfalls, Dominical Beach and Guabo River rafting. Should you have difficulties while away from the house you can call our concierge for help. He is available 24 hours for any urgency. He will also help arrange activities, adventures, airport shuttles, local transport, meals, groceries, etc. We have two private drivers with luxury 7 pax SUV's available for airport pick up and daily transportation during your stay. We are 3.5 hours from SJO airport.
We have a CUSTOM CANCELLATION POLICY that changes seasonally. Holiday (Xmas/NewYears) cancellations made within 120 days of reservation will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee. Date changes are permitted within 120 days of arrival and can be rescheduled within one year with $250 admin fee.

The villa was originally built as a jungle guest house by my uncle. We have enlarged the hiking trail network and gardens and converted the property to a vacation rental. I still have full time work in Florida but enjoy as much time off as I can get in the jungles of Costa Rica.

Our location is key - a secluded tropical mountain setting yet close to the ocean and town. The area is secure and access is easy. In addition, the temperature is moderate here at the higher altitude and the variety of wildlife is amazing.
What makes this property unique
Set on ~60 acres of private tropical forest with jungle swimming pools and waterfalls make this property unique. We have hiking trails to access the natural wonders around us. There is a full staff to insure your comfort. Our concierge comes each morning to cook breakfast and is available to help arrange the days activities. Housekeepers tidy up each day and there is 24 hours per day security. The cooks will come each evening on request and charge just a very modest fee,
Our concierge services are included with the rental. He can arrange passenger van shuttle for guests going to/from the airport, beach or activities. He is expert in arranging local adventures and activities, meals, and transportation. Should you have difficulties away from the house you can call our concierge for help. He is available 24 hours for any urgency.
