Hermosa casa frente al mar en más de 500 acres de Pine River Pond. ¡La caminata desde el dormitorio principal hacia el agua es de menos de 40 pies! Playa de arena con agua cristalina (no se necesitan zapatos de agua).

Imagínese sentado en la terraza, tomando esa taza de café por la mañana, mirando las hermosas vistas o viendo a los niños jugar en la playa de arena.

En la mayoría de las tardes y mañanas, disfrutarás del sonido de los Loons que actualmente llaman hogar a Pine River Pond. Por la noche, mientras disfruta de la fogata, camine hacia el muelle, recuéstese y mire las estrellas. Es raro que no veas una estrella fugaz.

Wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is secluded and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The lake was beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Five senior friends totally enjoyed this rental experience. The house was perfect for our needs and the view was wonderful. There was nothing we would have changed about the accommodations and our mini reunion was perfect. We plan to return in the spring and would recommend this rental to anyone.

This is a beautiful house - just like the listing photos. Very clean. We enjoyed the views, done some fishing off the dock, took the kayaks out and had a wonderful time.

Lake front vacation

Shirley & Tom were wonderful, they answered all our questions before our vacation started promptly, the house was beautiful with little extras to make us feel welcome inside. The beach front was perfect for my 9 month old grandson to explore his first time at the beach. We fished off the privet dock, paddled along the lake in the provided kayaks, the Mountain View was beautiful with the most amazing sunsets. We had fires on the private beach in front of the house with the stars twinkling above. The path from the driveway to the house was well lit and the cobble stone made it an easy walk with luggage and a baby.

Great getaway for a long weekend of fishing.

Awesome property to stay at if you’re looking to get a little ice fishing in. Can’t beat the proximity to the water and we were catching perch all weekend long. Excellent communication with the Tom and Shelly.

What an amazing property!

We came up for a bachelor weekend getaway and were immediately impressed with the property! Beautiful construction, great landscaping and maintenance. As if the outside wasn’t good enough with the views, the games, and available toys for use, you go inside to amazing decor, the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on for sure, and so much interesting memorabilia from years past! I can’t recommend this property enough! Thank you again to the Daniel’s for an amazing stay!

Amazing place!

We had ten family members for a much overdue reunion and the place was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, and the view and beach were amazing. We were outside the whole time. Tom and Shelly were great, super responsive and always eager to help. Will definitely come again!

Fantastic place to stay in NH

Tom and Shelly go above and beyond to make their home comfortable for their guests. The entire property is immaculate and beautiful and they are extremely thoughtful in terms of amenities. They are also very friendly and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing visit and it was very convenient to attend a nearby wedding.

Beautiful Spot

We were up in Wakefield for a wedding and found this gem! Tom was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our needs. The pictures do not do it justice as the view of the lake and mountains was a treat to wake up to every morning. Everything was clean, quiet, and amazingly comfortable. I would definitely return again!

Right on the Lake!

The house at Pine River Pond had all the comforts of home from the kitchen to the wifi and anything you might need to enjoy the lake. It is very remote but there are restaurants and supplies nearby. The house is nicer than the pictures, comfortable and very well maintained. We were able to relax and not worry about a thing. Day trips to Portland/Freeport, North Conway and Wolfeboro areas all about 45 min - 1 1/2 hrs away.

Beautiful lakeside retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Fantastic lakefront beach, dock and outdoor amenities, clean house, attentive owner. Our family with young kids had a great get away enjoying all the amenities and views this location has to offer.

Shelly and Tom Daniels grew up in the Boston area. Tom from Medfield and Shelly from Newburyport. We lived in Newburyport before work took us to Minnesota and Maryland and then back to Newburyport. After vacationing with our 4 kids at multiple lakes around New Hampshire and Maine, we just fell in love with Pine River Pond, the crystal clear water, and the outstanding views of Mount Shaw (Castle in the Clouds) from our property.

In fact, we liked it so much, we bought the house next door and now live there year-round.

Great 4-season house. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, winter ice fishing, fall foliage, snowmobiling or looking to ski.

The water here is crystal clear. Not to scare you, but if you look off the docks and into the water, you'll see fish swimming around. Sandy beach, great views. Location, location, location.

This is a great 4-season house for that multi-generational vacation. Gentle sloping property makes it easy to get around. Adults can sit on the deck and keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach or in the water.
