This cottage finished with knotty pine boards and real exposed beams comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms and pull out sofa and has 1.5 baths. The cottage offers relaxation at every spot. Two decks to view the sun rise in the morning or over seeing the beach during the day. The other for sitting in shade overlooking the marsh were wildlife will usually be seen. Park your boat at your own private dock. A kitchen with every thing you would need a table to sit 8. Enjoy the walk in sandy beach in your front yard. Kayak on lake or nearby bearcamp river. Sheets, blankets & towels are supplied. We encourage 7 day stays with 10% discount.

Wonderful Lake Stay

Our group enjoyed our stay at Ossipee lake and this house. The house was clean and the beach and water access was great! It was hot during our stay and the central AC was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Once again, an amazing 2 weeks in Ossipee! We had a great time with the family! The lake is gorgeous and we could not ask for a better spot to enjoy our summer vacation! The house has everything you need and more. Norman and Rosemary are great hosts and just down the road if you need anything. Can’t wait to go back!

3rd July Stay

This was our third year at their Ossipee lake house. We had a great time as always. The house is well taken care of and always clean. The water is very shallow for quite a while which is good for young kids.

Great Experience!

Norman was very attentive to us from start to finish. The house was beautiful and clean. The beach front was amazing. We will certainly stay there again!

Everything you would expect and more. Perfect for families with children and adults. Nice shallow sandy beach with water toys. We enjoyed kayaking the three nearby rivers accessible from the lake. Norman, the host, should be upgraded to super premier host.

This is a beautiful home in a great location on osippee. Highly recommend !! The owner has covered all your needs, you only need linen and towels.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! We've been vacationing in NH for the last few years and this was by far our best stay. You cannot beat the proximity to the water! Plus, the house was clean and perfectly spacious for our family - the AC was a nice touch, too. Would definitely return!

Amazing location

Couldn't have said enough great things about this place! location was quiet, and perfect lake front, our boat was unfortunately to big for the lake but was still able to enjoy with the sandy beach front of the house and a quick 20 min trip to lake Winni

Another great trip

This was our second straight year staying at the house and we had another fantastic time. The weather was very hot the whole week so the central AC was great. The water is very shallow for a good distance from the shore which makes it great for younger kids. We’ll be back again next year!

Wonderful vacation

The location was beautiful and conveniently located. The house was nice, well maintained and furnished and well supplied with all essentials.We had everything we needed including yard games, floats, board games and books. Beach front was perfect for young kids.You couldn’t have a better host.

Lakefront house in Ossipee

My family and I had an amazing time at this house. Our kids played from sun up to sun down every day we were there. Sunrise and sunset were absolutely beautiful. Norman, the owner, was a breeze to communicate with and more than helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this rental and would rent here again!

We always loved the cottage however our family out grew it that is why we moved on to a larger place. Thank you for cleaning before you left, you guys were great . Excellent stay!

The house is a beautiful, custom solid wood design. You can’t get closer to the lake than this! We enjoyed paddling up the nearby inlet and saw lots of birds. The water was warm and we had a lovely stay. Don’t miss the maple soft serve at Eldridge Family Sugar House! We also enjoyed the walking path at the Pine Barrens.

You couldn't ask for a better spot. Everything you need is one step out the back slider. The owners are down the street if you need anything. A++

Wonderful stay!

Norm was awesome! He was super responsive and helpful the entire stay. He went above and beyond what was in the listing, ensuring we had firewood to helping us launch and load our boat. The cottage was clean and cozy; pictures don’t do it justice. The furnishings were very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Week at the Lake

This was our second time vacationing at Ossipee Lake and this property was by far our favorite! The cottage was very clean and stocked with everything we could need. There was plenty of space for my parents, my two kids and my husband and I. You cannot get any closer to the lake as the sandy beach is steps outside the back deck. We all enjoyed playing in the sand, laying in the sun and swimming in the water. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed many summers at the cottage with our kids and grandkids. Water skiing, tubing and floating in this beautiful clean lake. We live at the lake year round now, only two cottages away, we kept this cottage for family down the road but hope others enjoy it now. The road is private so very little cars, only lookers.

Right on the water, sandy beach great for children. Provide parking and a dock for your boat. Air conditioning in cottage on those really hot days. Deck over looking the beach and lake, We have a fire pit and provide wood. We are a phone call or walk away if you need anything.
