Comfortable Place

Clean, comfortable and all anyone needs for a 1-2 week stay in Green Valley. This property is not new but is in good condition. The floor plan is great with a large bedroom suite at the back with two beds. The walk-in closet and bathroom are private off the suite and not seen from the main living area. Parking is not directly in front of the unit.

Handy to 2 GVRs

Nice view of mountains , nice sitting area outside the unit. Well lit unit, lots of windows. Owner brought over a teapot and kettle so I could have my cup of tea 😊👍

Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Pool right across the street.

Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Found everyone very friendly.

Short getaway from the cold

We really enjoyed the size and space of the property we rented. It pretty much had everything we needed; except would have liked to have a table outside to eat when we grilled out; also padded chairs. (We went to the store and bought pads for chairs) Also had to rewash most of the dishes/pans as they were not clean. That being said we did have a good time and enjoyed ourselves the time we spent there and at Green Valley!

Great location in Green Valley

We found this a great property to stay in. Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. Lovely light shines in through the windows in the morning and just makes you want to take a walk in the nice neighborhood and experience the Arizona sky! We would recommend it.

Great for future fun

I unfortunately had to cancel our vacation due to the Coronavirus. That property owner Deborah, however, was terrific to work with through the booking, the communication for check-in, as well as the cancellation/rebooking. Will definitely revisit this location. Thanks!!

All Conveniences of Home

Property had all conveniences of home....plenty of linens and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and even have dinner guests. Location was central to all attractions.

Enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom suite!

This suite was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. We cooked often and found the kitchen well stocked. The suite is in a central location of Green Valley and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The area was quiet and we enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were just across the street. The owner was responsive to our needs. We would stay here again!

Clean and quiet

The place was centrally located in green valley so you were very close to everything. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen and the pool!

The one bedroom had what we needed. It was very comfortable, clean, decorated nicely.

I would recommend this townhouse to anyone vacationing in Green Valley. It has a very open floor plan and is spacious for a one bedroom. The owner was pleasant and easy to talk to. It is in a nice neighborhood and we were able to go for walks daily. The townhouse is also across the street from the pool which is also a plus. My husband and I would like to come back again next year. Thank you!

Great place to stay

The location was convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. The property worked well for our stay. There was room to entertain a small group. The kitchen was big and nice. Since we cooked our meals, we needed a few more baking and cooking items that weren't supplied, like a cookie sheet. We would definitely stay at this property again.
