Good location with great views

The apartment is well located with good access to the beach front and within walking distance of market and shops. The large balcony has excellent views of both the sea and the mountains. Well equipped, including dishwasher & washing machine. Excellent value and we would certainly book again if we are visiting this area.

Grand point positif de cette location (1Úre semaine de Mai ) , la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse . Un régal . Pas besoin de voiture , tout se fait à pied ou bus à 1e . Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire , ni à l'entrée des lieux , ni à la sortie . Il a pris note par message de nos remarques concernant le mini four à changer , ainsi que l'état des couettes à vérifier . Appartement vieillot , mais pratique pour petit séjours sans chichis . Peintures refaites , literie chambre neuve . Bon rapport qualité /prix .

Les pieds dans l’eau.

La rĂ©sidence se situe juste en front de mer. Pas de route Ă  traverser pour ĂȘtre sur la plage. Le port est Ă  20 minutes Ă  pied. Les marchĂ©s et commerces de proximitĂ© sont a quelques minutes. L’appartement est conforme Ă  l’annonce. Bref un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour!

Appartement sans charme et trĂšs bruyant !

Les photos vous montrent une belle plage et la mer avec mention d'une rue piĂ©tonne sans voiture juste devant. On s'attend donc Ă  vivre au calme. Cependant si la photo Ă©tait prise un peu plus Ă  droite, on verrait la grande route juste devant la vĂ©randa et la chambre Ă  coucher! C'Ă©tait pourtant septembre et pas les touristes de juillet-aoĂ»t, mais pour le calme, c'Ă©tait rĂąpĂ©. Il y avait une penderie de 50cm pour les vĂȘtements alors que l'appartement est sensĂ© loger jusqu'Ă  de personnes! Il y avait dĂ©jĂ  trop peu d'espace pour une seule personne. Un cĂŽtĂ© de l'armoire Ă©tait occupĂ© par le chauffe-eau, l'autre par l'aspirateur etc., donc pas d'espaces de rangements. Les lits superposĂ©s dans le salon n'ont mĂȘme pas eu droit Ă  des couvertures pour cacher et protĂ©ger les oreillers et couettes. Ces lits enlaidissent de toute façon l'appartement, Il n'y avait pas de couvercles pour les casseroles, ni de tire-bouchon inutilisable et d'Ă©conome, enfin des objets de premier nĂ©cessitĂ© dans une cuisine. Les rideaux de la vĂ©randa Ă©taient dĂ©chirĂ©s et l'horloge dans le salon ne marchait pas mais faisait un bruit chaque fois qu'elle essayait d'avancer d'une seconde ! J'ai dĂ» enlever la pile. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus, donc chaque jour le trajet Ă  l'Office de tourisme. Bref, c'est un appartement qui est louĂ© sans que personne n'accorde de l'importance au bien-ĂȘtre des vacanciers. Dommage, car la plage Ă©tait fantastique et vraiment Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des immeubles qui gĂąchent malheureusement le paysage par leur laideur.
