The house is located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. It consists of three rooms: two bedrooms, a a large living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Above the living room is a loft with two twin beds or double bed. On the sea front side and there is a large porch with barbecue, table and chairs for 6 people to stay in total relaxation. On the front and on the back there is a private garden with lawn. The house, recently renovated, is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, baby bed, outdoor shower with hot water, water pump, water tank, automatic irrigation system, TV / Sat decoder. The car park is leased in the area before the house. The Marina Rei shopping area is 300 meters from the house. You can find restaurants, pizzerias, market, fish shop, delicatessen, pharmacy, hairdresser, craft shops, abigliamento, boutique, jewelry, pastry. The beach in front of the house is free, and at home you can find all the equipment for the beach: beach chairs umbrellas, beach chairs. On the beach they are still present sevices beach with bar and restaurant, diving center.
The house is totally sanitized with an ozonation device before the arrival and after the guests' departure. Ozone is a gas that penetrates every point of the house, wardrobes, mattresses, linens, pantries. Eliminates all microorganisms in 1 hour and removes bad odors. At the end of the treatment, it leaves no trace since after about 20 minutes it is converted back to oxygen. The house is kept free for disinfection at least 24 hours.

Sehr familienfreundliche Ecke Sardiniens

Wunderbar unkomplizierter Aufenthalt, alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht, fussläufig alles an Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants zu erreichen. Der Strand ist schön sandig und geht flach abfallend ins Meer. Durchaus auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die vor Ort erforderliche Mülltrennung ist für Anfänger etwas kompliziert, aber absolut machbar. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und können alles rundum empfehlen!!

Vacanza in famiglia

Nella casa non manca nulla, c'è tutto. Bella, semplice e con un bellissimo giardino. È a 5 minuti a piedini dal mare. Posizione molto strategica. In più a piedi si può fare tutto e raggiungere supermercato, rosticceria bar, gelateria ecc. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Wieder mal ein Traumurlaub

Der perfekte Strandurlaub

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die durch ihre Ausstattung den perfekten Familienurlaub ermöglicht. Ob Außendusche, Grill, Gasherd, drei Schlafzimmer oder komplettes Strandequipment, hier ist alles vorhanden. Mann merkt sofort, daß das Objekt auch vom Eigentümer selbst genutzt wird. Hier fehlte wirklich nichts. Neben der Ausstattung ist noch die Lage besonders zu erwähnen. Die ca. 300 m zum Traumstrand sind problemlos auch mit Kindern fußläufig zu bewältigen.

Ein harmonischer Familienurlaub

Gesamt ein runder gelungener Urlaub mit zwei Kindern, Sandro der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr bebüht als meine kleine Tochter sehr krank wurde und und mehrere tage fast 40 Fieber hatte. Er hat uns alle Möglichkeiten der medizinischen Versorgung geschickt, für uns rum telefoniert und Empfehlungen ausgeprochen wo wir besser hin sollen wenn es schlimmer wird. Es war sehr beruhigend jemand so bemühten vor Ort zu haben, auch hat er sich Tage später erkundigt wie es ihr denn geht. Danke nochmal dafür. In dem Haus gab es wirklich alles was man für ein Strandbesuch braucht, Schirme, Liegen sogar Sandspielzeug findet man dort. Die Strandnähe (3min) ist ein super Pluspunkt. Es ist eine ruhige Anlage, alles wirkt Nachbarschaftlich und das viele Grün im Garten gibt viel Schatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alle fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Haus nahe zu schönem Strand

Kleine versetzte Doppelhaushälfte, geschätzt grob 60 qm. 2 abgetrennte Schlafzimmer. Ferner eine Küche/Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und einem weiteren Doppelbett auf der Galerie. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöne große Terrasse, schön angelegter Garten. Der breite und lange Sandstrand hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist angenehm nah. Ein Mietwagen ist an der Costa Rei anzuraten.

Vacanze Rilasanti e Piacevolissime. Ottima location.

L'appartamento e la posizione sono assolutamente da consigliare. Spazi esterni molto comodi (la veranda molto spaziosa e riservata allo stesso tempo). È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in questo luogo a un passo dal mare (tra l'altro la spiaggia molto comoda e mai troppo piena nemmeno il Sabato e la Domenica). Grazie al Sig. Sandro che anche se non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare è stato sempre molto disponibile nel esaudire eventuali nostre richieste. Grazie Ancora.

Urlaub mit der Familie am Strand

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage. Alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und stand uns auch während des Aufenthaltes für Fragen telefonisch zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Am Wochenende kommen mehr Badegäste. Im Juni hatte das Meer schon eine Temperatur von 28 ° C.

Perfekter Familienurlaub zum Erholen

Das Haus liegt wirklich nah am Strand. Im Haus befindet sich alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht. Das Haus ist für bis zu 6 Personen eingerichtet und gut geeignet für Familien. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und erkundigen sich sich nach dem Wohlbefinden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Markt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Region gibt es noch zahlreiche herrliche Traumstrände, die alle familientauglich sind. Um Pfingsten war es noch nicht überlaufen, füllte sich aber langsam.

Great stay really close to the beach!

Overall we felt like we had a really good stay at Sandro's place, he met us at the property on arrival and showed us around. The apartment had pretty much everything you could possible need and a few extras including beach chairs/a parasol/toys/cupboard essentials etc. They was even washing liquid! We were 5 minutes walk away to a supermarket which had ll the essentials, next door was a fishmongers and pasta shop. There was a local market at the end of the road on a Thursday and Saturday. A bigger supermarket was 10-15 minutes drive away. There were also a couple of restaurants next to the supermarket but we took the longer walk into the main town itself to eat out. We found the apartment to be quiet, there was a little building work when we stayed but it wasn't significant and did not really cause a problem. I'd have liked Wifi, but we knew this wasn't available when we booked, and I'd rather know in advance rather than have a really terrible signal which has occurred at other apartments we have booked. Overall I'd recommend staying here, it would be great for families as it was for couples.

Netter Kontakt- Nähe zum Strand

Das Häuschen hat alles Wichtige, was man so braucht. Etwas haben wir WLAN vermisst- aber es ist ja URLAUB. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet- das Bad mit Dusche und Bidet. Überdachter Außenbereich, der auch bei Regen ein Sitzen im Freien ermöglicht. Wir fanden alles sehr sauber vor. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Sandro war sehr gut und wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Auch die zuvor gemailten Unterlagen waren sehr ausführlich. Sandro war freundlich und bemüht- fragte nach einem Unwetter per Mail an, ob alles für uns in Ordnung wäre und wünschte uns besseres Wetter ;-). In der Hauptsaison, wenn die angrenzenden Häuser belegt sind, könnte es etwas wenig Privatsphäre haben und etwas lauter werden. Im Oktober war es leer und sehr ruhig.

Tutto quello che si può desiderare e anche di più.

Scrivo con molto piacere una recensione per il Sig. Sandro e sua moglie, due persone fantastiche, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto nella loro casa come persone di famiglia e questo ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. La casa è graziosissima, ben arredata e fornitissima di ogni attrezzatura. Si compone di una comoda veranda dove poter mangiare comodamente o trascorrere dei piacevoli momenti di relax, un soggiorno con cucina a vista e soppalco con due letti singoli, una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con un letto a castello ed un bagno recentemente ristrutturato. Nel giardino posteriore c'è anche una comodissima doccia con acqua calda. La bellissima spiaggia di Costa Rei è raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti. Ringraziamo di cuore i proprietari per averci ospitato, speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno.

Vacance avec bebe parfaite

Avant notre arrivée, nous avons échangé plusieurs email avec sandro et ceux la ont toujours été rapide et efficace. La seule préoccupation de sandro etait que nous passions de vacances tres agreable. Il nous a accueilli avec une bouteille de vin, du fromage italien et une belle corbeille de fruit. C est une personne tres aimable et gentille. Nous sommes parti a costa rey avec notre bebe de 18 mois. Sandro nous a gentillement preté un lit bebe ainsi qu une chaise haute pour faciliter les moments de repas. Sa maison est ideale pour des vacances en famille, tres fonctionnelle, dans un excellent etat, il n y a pas de circulation a proximité donc pas de bruit, la maison etait tres propre à notre arrivee. La literie de la chambre adulte est bonne et chaque chambre est accompagnée de moustiquaire aux fenetres, ce qui est tres pratique pour les bebes. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont tres bien et vous trouverez tous les accessoires, plats, vaiselle pour cuisiner, il ne vous manquera rien. la maison a la climatisation, machine a laver, four, micro onde. la terrasse et le jardin sont des espaces parfaits pour jouer avec les enfants. Le jardin est bien entretenu accompagné de lorier, palmier et bougainvilliers. la maison de sandro est a 150 m a pied d une plage parfaite pour les enfants, d ailleurs c est une plage tres familiale de sable fin blanc et d'une eau cristalline, non dangereuse pour les bebes, c est le paradis des enfants qui sont nombreux a jouer ensemble. la maison est a 5 min a pied d un supermarché (un peu cher car c est le seul), un traiteur, patisserie, restaurant pizzeria qui propose de bonne pizza a emporter, d une pharmacie et d une banque.Tous les samedis en periode estivale il y a un marché ou les fruits, legume, fromage sont de tres bonne qualité en revanche il n y a pas de stand bio. Nous avons passé 15 jours parfait avec notre bebe et il est evident que l on garde precieusement le contact de sandro car nous y retournerons.
