Located at the Diamond at the foot of Morne L'Archer, the villa Les Oliviers is located on a plot of waterfront, facing the Diamond Rock.

It consists of 4 air conditioned bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 10 people.

The American kitchen is in the living room.

You can contemplate the rock and the sea from our 60 m² high terrace or from the pool.
The space

Disposition parfaite. Quelques surprises à notre arrivée!

La disposition de cette villa est plus que parfaite. Directement sur la plage du Diamant et à quelques minutes seulement de tous les services nécessaires. Nous avons tout de même eu quelques mauvaises surprises à notre arrivée : 1) Ce n'était pas clair pour nous (en se fiant sur l'annonce) que les chambres n'étaient pas toutes dans la même maison. Pour avoir accès à 2 chambres sur 4, on doit passer par l'extérieur et aller dans une annexe... pas très pratique lorsque tu voyages avec 3 jeunes enfants. 2) On a été visités par toutes sortes de parasites non désirables : une tonne de fourmis cohabitent avec nous, des moustiques à ne plus savoir quoi en faire et tenez-vous bien : une rongeur est venu manger la moitié de notre épicerie pendant la première nuit. On a dû mettre toute notre nourriture dans le frigo et le four. 3) La propriété en général manque d'entretien autant à l'intérieur (propreté sofa, peinture, etc) qu'à l'extérieur (douche extérieure bouchée, odeur de fosse septique sur le balcon, rouille sur les murs). 4) Les réponses de Delphine avant notre arrivée sur place étaient très rapides et utiles. Beaucoup plus difficile d'avoir des réponses quand était temps de trouver un exterminateur à rongeurs par contre... Heureusement, Véronique (la concierge) répondait rapidement et tentait de trouver des solutions rapidement. En gros, nous avons adoré notre séjour en Martinique et encore une fois la villa est parfaite au niveau de son emplacement et sa proximité de tout ce qu'on veut visiter en Martinique. Nous avons seulement été un peu surpris de l'état des lieux versus le prix par nuit.

Un pur bonheur

Superbe propriété Acceuil de veronique , sympathique. Accès direct à la plage , piscine géniale De grands espaces très appréciable lorsque l'on est en grand nombre (8 pour nous ). Reste l entretien de la maison qui serait à revoir....entretien des chenaux lors de pluie, barrières piscines et éclairage extérieur...lunette toilette abîmée, entretien de la piscine.....plein de petit détail mais ça compte vu le tarif....

Seul point négatif : l'odeur de la fosse septique qu'on prenait à certain moment sur la terrasse. Sinon séjour très agréable :)

Great location, some inconveniences

The house was situated on one of the best beaches in Martinique. We spent just under a week exploring the island in search of a better beach only to return in the afternoon knowing we were on it. It was clean and equipped with just enough amenities to get by on vacation. With that being said there were a few issues at the house and a few things that I wish I had known before I arrived. From the pictures advertised it's hard to know that the only view of the ocean is from the patio. The kitchen, family room an two bedrooms that are attached to the living area are sub level with no view. The third bedroom was offered to us upon arival ( I assumed I was renting a four bedroom house with all bedrooms being attached to living area) but I did not feel comfortable with allowing either of my children to sleep there as it was disconnected so they ended up sharing a bedroom. The wifi service literally only worked in a two square foot area, sub level just outside the door of the living area before taking the steps up to the patio area so we were forced to sit on the steps to try and stay connected to the internet. The hot tub shown in the pictures online was not so hot, the heater did not work so essentially it was just a soaking tub. When I emailed the owner he said that he would have someone come to fix both wifi and hot tub to have them working properly but that was the last I heard, nothing was ever done about it. Please make sure you have the correct contact info of the house manager and if you only speak English know that her English is minimal to put it nicely. We were given a phone number (that was incorrect) and told to contact her once we left the airport, we tried but the number was not in service. I tried to email the owner but he never responded or even acknowledged our predicament. If it wasn't for a little perseverance and a very nice man at a local pizza place, we would of spent the night with two adults and two children sleeping in a car. Overall the house was clean and the setting was beautiful, that's what made up for the inconveniences we went through.
