Pleasant seaside cottage backed by the dune. 5Om from the beach, located in a shaded garden ground floor house with a veranda, a large kitchen / living / dining room with a sofa bed. A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed (large closet), a bathroom (shower + washing machine) and a separate toilet. 10m in the garden, next to the garage, a large bedroom sleeping 2 (80 x 190 can be 160x 190) + bathroom / Wc. Located in a quiet area close to the sea, the beach, the port Douhet and salt marshes, source of multiple recreational activities. All shops at 2 km, restaurants and nautical activities at 800 m. Your stay will take place in a calm and friendly atmosphere.

Séjour Agréable

Gite bien situé à 2 pas de la plage. Bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'heure qui nous convenait. Idem pour les formalités de départ. Le petit + serait de mettre des volets à la cuisine.

Maison vétuste

J'ai mis une étoile pour les propriétaires, serviables et accueillants, ainsi qu'une autre pour l'équipement, assez complet, lave vaisselle, lave linge, une mini télé (que je n'ai pas essayé mais j'imagine qu'elle devait fonctionner) et une bibliothèque fournie en romans de vacances. Par contre la maison est très vétuste. Les toilettes sont compliquées à utiliser si vous faites plus d'1m70 (votre tête touchera le plafond et vos genoux cogneront le mur quand vous serez assis...), le mobilier est de bric et de broc. En fait de jardin, il y a une allée en ciment fissuré, ainsi qu'un petit recoin de 3 ou 4 mètres carrés. Au lieu d'être "adossée à une dune" comme mentionné dans l'annonce, la maison est coincée entre une route (très passante, sauf la nuit heureusement) et la maison du propriétaire.  La plage n'est pas loin, mais pas à 50 mètres, à moins de traverser les murs de la susdite maison.  Enfin la chambre annexe (un ancien garage coupé en deux) ne bénéficie pas de fenêtres.  Il y a bien un cabinet de toilette, mais il s'agit d'une douche et de WC dans un angle de la pièce, séparés du reste par un rideau. J'ai jugé le prix de la location élevé par rapport aux autres locations disponibles à proximité.

Emplacement idéal

La maison est très bien placée près de la mer en revanche dommage que l'accès direct sur l'océan soit fermé. Elle permet de venir à 2 couples ou famille et ados car il y a une 2ème chambre avec douche et toilettes dans l'annexe. Cette maison est très agréable toute la journée grâce à sa terrasse qui l'entoure. Nous avons pu respirer suite à ce début d'année difficile et nous avons profité pleinement de l'île grâce à son très bel emplacement. En septembre, le figuier a donné beaucoup de figues et on s'est régalé. Chouette adresse avec le marché tous les jours et de très bons commerçants. Véhicule obligatoire pour se déplacer.

Bon séjour sur l’île

Maison située à proximité de la plage (pêche à pied) et du port du Douhet (plaisance, jet ski et restaurants). Quartier calme. Parfait pour passer des vacances en famille, tout peut se faire à vélo (plage, marché, ...).
