This charming 2000-square-foot townhouse condominium boasts a spectacular view of Lake Messier and the Laurentian hills. It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, two sun decks, one with gas BBQ, a dining area that can comfortably handle 10 people, three TVs, whirlpool bathtub in the main bathroom, and ensuite washer and dryer. Professionally re-decorated in pine and maple furniture, the warm ambiance and the wood-burning fireplace provides a relaxing atmosphere for all seasons.

Within the condominium complex are two swimming pools including one with a 20' kids waterslide. There are also hot tubs. , restaurant, children's play area and tennis courts. Note the pools and hot tubs are only open during the period mid-June to Labour Day weekend.

Located in the Old Village, the unit is located within ten-minutes of the ski hills and is in close proximity to spectacular golf courses, shopping, restaurants and many more amenities.

Great Home Base for Ski Trip

There was plenty of space for our two families of four, everything was as advertised, and it was quick/easy to get to the ski resort. We'd definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and is in a good location, but it needs some maintenance. There is a crack in the ceiling and many light bulbs were not working in several different rooms. Also, it should be made clear in the listing that the pool, sauna and hot tub are not available in the winter. These are listed as amenities but it isn’t noted that they are not available year round. We had hoped to use a hot tub.

Wonderful experience

The rental was even better than expected; the pools were great, a/c functioned well, and the rooms were much bigger than imagined. I would definitely recommend it and will return in the future!

Ironman Week

Stayed here to complete Ironman Mont Tremblant. Great location for the event. Only a short drive to the village or a nice walk to Lac Mercier. Great restaurants nearby as well. The pool area was a blast. Kids love the slide and I enjoyed the double hot tub.

wonderful condo in Cap Tremblant

We enjoyed our stay at Cap Tremblant. The condo was clean and comfortable with ample room. The mountain is a short five minute drive away and there is a small grocery store just two minutes from the condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need.

Beautifully decorated...nice common area. Hot tub just a 2 min walk directly below the condo. 6 min drive to ski village, and shuttle available just down the driveway. Loved it!

Family ski holiday

Our group was three generations, 11 in number taking daily advantage of the Tremblant skiing facility. We enjoyed the spacious condo which was tastefully decorated and appointed. We would suggest upgrades in the mattresses, fixing the sink cupboard door, recessing the refrigerator and fixing bedside lamp switches. Icy sidewalks were addressed by midweek. Generally we were happy with the rental. Thanks so much for a good week.

Family ski trip

Overall a pretty great property. Fairly close to the hill, nice and big house and a good size for our family. The ad was a bit misleading as it said there was a hot tub and that the pool was only closed until summer 2022 but was still closed March 2023 so no post-ski soaks for us this year. We still had a great ski vacation and I recommend this property to a big family group.

The Tradition Continues

Grateful for our ability to get together as two families for a winter weekend at Tremblant after two years of Covid! This condo offers all we need…a cosy common space with ten person dinning table and comfortable couches. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were all great, except one bunk bed is a little shaky. Easy check in. Look forward to returning next year!

Nice spot for a winter getaway!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children that stayed here for a weekend ski trip to Tremblant. Location is great as it's a short 8-10 min drive to the hills. Bonus: there seems to be a family of deer that frequent the area around the property so we were able to admire the beautiful animals. Property itself was clean and the basic necessities were all there. Kitchen was stocked enough for our family to put together a quick pasta meal. The owner was responsive with messages and was clear and upfront with some of the amenities that would not be available during our stay, that were originally mentioned in the listing. My only suggestion would be to provide more towels, enough for the amount of people staying in the unit. Overall a great stay, and a good candidate for my family to come back again in the future.

Not the ideal spot

A little disappointed with the property. The listing said it was 5 minutes from the mountain but it actually took 15 which pushed us out of the area for shuttles. The place was tidy but not super clean, including a used condom on the floor in the bedroom. We were expecting to have a hot tub, as the listing said, but it was not available. Overall, we were still able to enjoy our stay. It just did not meet our expectations going in to it.

Belle expérience en général

Le propriétaire s’est assuré quelques jours avant notre arrivée que nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires (add, code pour déverrouiller la porte, etc. L’emplacement est génial et à quelques minutes de tout. Il serait intéressant d’aviser les locataires où se trouve le panneau pour le système d’eau. Nous avons manqué d’eau pendant 12h et nous ne savions pas de quelle manière la repartir. Heureusement, la conciergerie a pu nous aider à trouver le panneau et repartir la pompe. Également, des rideaux opaques seraient assurément un beau plus, particulièrement pour les jeunes enfants qui se couchent plus tôt.

Propriété propre. Très bien en général mais le proprio a insisté à la dernière minute pour que nous partions pour 9:00 heure au lieu de 11:00. C'est trop tôt pour avoir le temps de prendre un bon déjeuner et de partir quand nous sommes plusieurs personnes... Ce n'était pas prévu au contrat.

Idéal pour plusieurs familles

Superbe chalet. Disposition des chambres idéale, beaucoup d'espace, près de la piscine et de parc. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Une table avec rallonge pourrait être un ajout propice pour que tous puisse être assis à la table, mais sinon, je reviendrais dans ce chalet n'importe quand.

My family and I love to ski. But we all have busy schedules so Tremblant offers the opportunity to ski when we can and to enjoy the beautiful summer and other seasons in the Tremblant area. We like the winters in Tremblant because of the great skiing and cozy atmosphere of the town and our place. But we also like all the summer activities available in the area.

We're from Ontario so its a long drive but worth it when we arrive. Each trip is like a mini vacation to a foreign country. We like using our condo and we like sharing it with others.
