Our condo has been recently refurnished and painted to give you a tranquil, serene stay @ Seawind Condominiums. This unit has everything to make your stay in Gulf Shores amazing. From the moment you walk into our eastern corner condo, you will be inspired.

Your view is the Gulf of Mexico from all the windows, and then, the bonus and dynamic view is that of the Gulf State Park Lakes -- Lake Shelby, and the wetlands that are in the state park. It is simply breathtaking. When you see the views and bright light that a corner condo affords you, you will never go back to renting any other type of condo. Our views are also unobstructed -- which is not always the case with a corner condo. Ours make you feel like you are floating above it all!

Our set up is this: King in the master (with custom linens and new pillow top mattress); King in BR 2; Full over Full bunks in BR 3. (150 lb weight limit for top bunk) There is a sleeper sofa in the Living room. Our condo sleeps 8 . We have TVs in all of the rooms and a nice flat screen in the Living room.

Our kitchen is fit for a great cook! Filtered water. Thick Granite. Stainless Steel appliances. Good pots and pans and many great items make the kitchen great if you would like to cook, or simply stare out at the Gulf and have a cocktail.

Amenities include: Indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool *zero entry kiddie pool with fun water features *hot tub *fitness center with a view *rec room.

There is a small grocery store across the street and one of the few restaurants on the water is out your front door. Walking distance to many other restaurants, .5 miles from the Hang Out.

The property was just as described, actually, it was even better in person. The balcony view is beautiful, comfortable beds, plenty of space for your family. Also, Dana was very responsive with any questions. Will stay again!

Fun Family Memories

This was exactly the trip we were hoping for! The condo was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed cooking meals, sitting on the balcony, and playing in the ocean. It was so relaxing! The property is close to fun restaurants and shops but ideal for beach days! Thanks!

Great stay, great location. We have stayed at Seawinds 2x before this stay & hestitated to stay again due to the elevators poor working conditions. Granted, Gulf Shores got the snow of a century which knocked out the elevators. We were stuck in our condo (19th) floor for a day & a half. Finaly walked down on the 3rd day. Hostess were very gracious & understanding.

Great condo on the beach!

The condo was accurately represented in the photos and the beach view can’t be beat. Everything was very clean and with the keypad, the check in process couldn’t have been easier. Quite a few restaurants are within walking distance, which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in Gulf Shores.

Everything was just as it stated. It was enough space and room for my family of 6(who are all over 18). Wish both bunk beds were able to be used. Beautiful views of the gulf coast. So convenient to everything. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Piece of Paradise

We loved the property. We had all the items needed. Love the binder with helpful information. The storage of beach items and flashlights were a hit with my children. We even went crabbing for the first time. We played the games available and even watched the Goonies movie . We will book again.

Prime location in elegant condo!

We actually stayed during the COVID-19 shut down. Despite the fact that the beach and pool were closed for safety reasons and tourist attractions were also closed, we had a great stay! The condo offers everything you need (we cooked in almost all meals), the beds were more comfortable than our own at home and the view is spectacular! Very close to Gulf State Park, so we did have some things to do (hike and bike) and the pier. We will go back again once COVID-19 is over and experience again with beach and attractions. Dana was great throughout the process!

View from 19th floor amazing!!

Condo was very up to date with the decor and had all appliances/kitchen utensils we needed to cook with. View from the balcony is breathtaking. A few negative things about the property (not the condo): the elevator can take awhile when trying to go down, it is very congested at times trying to wait on elevator to go up, and pool can be very busy at times if you have small children.

Beautiful views

The property has excellent views of the gulf. High up on 19th floor, property could use better housekeeping. All closets are locked except one. Cannot use for belongings. Property grounds do not keep fountains at pools running. Unit is a smaller condominium and built narrow. Ire’s are spectacular but I probably won’t stay at this particular one again.

Condo nice, elevator situation TERRIBLE!!!

So the condo was really nice but it’s a large complex and they only had 2 elevators and one of them was broke. They seemed to not care that it was broke. Said it was just a belt and it was on order but in today’s age you get get dang near anything overnight so I Don’t but their excuse!!We waited anywhere from 15-45 minutes just to get up to our room or back down to go to the beach. I will never stay here again due to this fact. To bad for the condo owners cause the condo was nice but we spent way to much time waiting on an elevator and for the mo ey I spent I don’t Feel like I should spend nearly an hour waiting on an elevator.

Nice condo but poor experience at property

My family and I stayed at the property over spring break. The complex itself is located in a very busy area of Gulf Shores (which we were aware of). Overall, the actual condo itself was nice. Well appointed and clean. However, the actual Sea Winds condo complex left much to be desired. The biggest issues for us were the noise and how inefficient the elevators were. This unit is on the 19th floor and it took (in some cases) close to 10 minutes to go down to the ground level. They only have two elevators and they are slow. This is incredibly irritating when you have small kids who want to get to the beach! Going back and forth from the beach to use the bathroom, get snacks/drinks, etc. was also a huge pain. The noise level was also high. We expected there to be noise into the night. Especially since we stayed over spring break. However, the noise from the beach until 2am (and sometimes later) really surprised us. Finally, the fire alarm went off one morning around 5:45am. It only rang for a few seconds but obviously startled us. Being on the 19th floor, we wanted to make sure everything was ok. Well, there is no one on-site that we could speak with. I called the property owner and she advised me to “call 911”. That’s what I ended up doing. Thankfully, this was just a false alarm. I understand someone probably pulled the alarm as a prank. Overall, the condo was nice. With that said, I probably wouldn’t stay again with kids.
