Within the haven of the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, a picturesque lane leads to the tranquil St. Andrews complex and to this colorful two-bedroom, two-bathroom, second floor, pet friendly unit. 1876 St. Andrews offers tranquil views of the golf course, the inviting community pool, the calming lagoon fountain, and features newly updated furnishings, kitchen, and baths.

To the left of the charming entry way, sits the newly remodeled galley style kitchen with all new black stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets stocked with all the essentials you may need. Off the kitchen is a breakfast bar featuring two stools, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning’s coffee. High cathedral ceilings will beckon your attention to the idyllic living room with new flooring, a comfy three piece seating group, inclusive of a plush sofa, and two snug armchairs with a matching ottoman, and a flat screen television for you to watch your favorite TV shows and movies. Next to the living room is the dining area with its glass tabletop with enough seating for six.

Conveniently located off the living room is a covered balcony equipped with a table and four chairs for dining al fresco or enjoying a card game with the family rain or shine. The picturesque views from the balcony add the perfect backdrop.

The main bedroom, located on the first floor, is home to a new King-size bed, lots of closet space, a flat screen television, and access to the balcony. The remodeled en suite bathroom provides the perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring all the island has to offer.

Just off the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the loft style bedroom. This room features a Queen and extra-long Twin bunk bed, its own flat screen television, as well as, its own updated private bathroom.

St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool, which is open April through September, and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or easy half mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store.

Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts. There is also a convenient bikeway/walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre featuring a plethora of world class shops and restaurants.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Welcome to St Andrews Commons, Hilton Head Island! A motion activated security arm has been installed at the property entrance to ensure orderly vehicle and bicycle traffic. It is important to approach the arm slowly until activation occurs and the lighting on the arm changes from red to green. A line of cars and bicycles will be able to proceed through the gate without waiting for it to recycle. Please use care when approaching and proceeding through the gate.
