Villa not overlooked with enclosed garden with trees and secure private swimming pool for your exclusive use.

In the heart of the Vaucluse, our villa will allow you to enjoy the region and its exceptional tourist sites. You can at leisure go to Avignon and its famous festival, go to the Provencal markets (those of Isle sur Sorgues and Velleron are particularly known), visit the cellars of great wines (Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise ) as well as see the tourist sites of Fontaine de Vaucluse and Pont du Gard. The surrounding mountains will allow you to make beautiful hikes and visits: the Luberon (Gordes, Roussillon), the Alpilles (Les Baux and St Rémy de Provence) without forgetting the famous Mont Ventoux.
Spirou Park and Wave Island are less than 5 minutes by car.

Amazing experience for young children

After a lot of research, I had selected this property so that our young children (ages 3 and 6) could safely enjoy the outdoors. Specifically, the pool area is fenced in and there is a lovely shallow area for toddlers. The pool was not heated, but it was warm enough in June that our children absolutely loved the pool (perhaps slightly "refreshing" for adults). They also adored the beautiful garden and swingset. The covered terrace was divine for sitting and eating outside, with a perfect view of the garden and pool. The area was very quiet, but an easy drive to Avignon. The supermarket just around the corner is excellent. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary cooking and eating implements. There is lots of room in the dining and living area. The bedrooms were fairly spartan, but spacious and adequate for us, as we were mostly focused on being able to enjoy the outdoors. It was a pleasure communicating with Herve and his parents, who were absolutely lovely and welcoming at check-in and check-out.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Nach langer Suche im Internet sind wir auf dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus gestossen. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung des Hauses treffen voll zu. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr groß, die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Ausruhen und zu gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Wir haben uns trotz hoher Aussentemperaturen fast nur auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder im herrlich erfrischenden Pool aufgehalten. Wenn es uns doch mal zu heiß wurde, haben wir uns in das mit Klimaanlage ausgestattete Haus zurückgezogen. Das Anwesen ist sehr groß, so dass jeder einen ruhigen Rückzugsort findet. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und hat ein sehr gutes und großes Angebot. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig (aber das wollten wir auch) und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschönen Städte, Dörfer und Natur dort zu erkunden. Wir waren tagsüber viel unterwegs, haben wunderschöne kleine Dörfer besichtigt oder einen Ausflug in eine Stadt gemacht. Es gibt in dieser Gegend sehr viel zu erkunden. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter Herve und seine Eltern, die jederzeit erreichbar waren, überaus freundlich waren und sich größte Mühe gaben, damit man sich als ihr Gast wohlfühlt. Das ist ihnen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelungen. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und bis bald mal wieder.

Leuke vakantie

We hadden een leuke vakantie. Het huisje ziet eruit zoals op de foto's: prachtig zwembad en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Het meubilair is wel wat verouderd. Maar wel een goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot en we werden ter plaatse goed ontvangen door zijn ouders. Het dorpje op zich is zeer rustig, maar heeft wel een bakker en supermarkt.

The property is large and well equipped, with secure parking.

The property provides everything needed, however it is tired and in need of updating. Employing a service company to keep the pool and garden in check would help, + Internet TV ( Netflix/Amazon prime) for evenings a bonus.

Great house with great host family

The house is very well equipped and is very spaceous to live with 4-6 people. It is located in a quiet area. The pool is simply great, we also used the outside grill for BBQ and we really enjoyed our time in the house. The host was always reachable via phone or e-mail and his parents who did the handover of the keys have been super nice! We will definitely come back!

Spacious property

Nice property with 4 bedrooms, large dining area , terrace and last but not least swimming pool. Very functional with an outdoor area which is peaceful and beautiful. J'ai passé un agréable séjour avec ma famille. La maison est parfaite avec beaucoup d'espace et tous est disponible pour passer un séjour parfait. La piscine était top: propre et sécurisé pour tous les âges mes fille de 3 à 8 ans ont appréciées. La maison est dans un lotissement super calme et sans vis à vis. Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable avec sa piscine et tous les équipements nécessaires (lave vaisselle, lave linge, barbecues, transat), un salon très grand et une terrasse ombragée au top. Bien que la maison soit équipée de climatisation (salon et chambre principale) nous n’avons pas eu besoin de l’activer car il faisait bon malgré une chaleur intense dehors. Il n’y a aucun vis à vis et l’endroit est au calme. Un propriétaire super réactif (échanges par mails et sms) et accommodant. Bref un super séjour. Je recommande le lieu.

Pur bonheur

Maison très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée dans un environnement calme sans vis à vis et proche de beaucoup de choses à visiter (Avignon, l'Isle sur la Sorgue, Orange, Carpentras, Velleron ...) . Location au top

Très belle maison, super bien équipée, tout est conforme à la description ( la maison est vraiment grande), la piscine et la terrasse sont bien sécurisées (idéale avec un enfant en bas âge) et l'endroit est très calme. La location se situe à quelques kms seulement des grands axes routiers, ce qui offre la possibilité de découvrir Avignon et ses alentours aisément. Pour parfaire le tout, le propriétaire est vraiment très aimable et arrangeant sur les modalités d'arrivée et de départ. Tout était parfait et nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cette villa pour de futures vacances à Avignon. Un grand MERCI à Hervé de nous avoir fait confiance en nous confiant les clés de sa superbe maison.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous avons bien été accueillis par nos hôtes qui ont été très aimables et disponible. La villa était très propre et bien entretenue. Le cadre est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille, pour profiter du soleil et du calme. Plusieurs loisirs sont a proximité (parc Spirou, parc aquatique, lac), vraiment très pratique. Heerlijk verblijf (terrific stay)

Heerlijk vakantiehuis, dichtbij mooie dorpjes en prachtige omgeving. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien, zwembad super. Fijne eigenaar die in Engels communiceert. Kan warm zijn, maar airco doet goed zijn werk. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.
