Cook with a fully equipped kitchen featuring white quartz countertops and newer stainless steel appliances. The dining area faces out onto a private patio with mountain views. You'll have your own lemon and grapefruit trees for fresh-squeezed juice. The patio also includes a propane gas barbecue and laundry area (washer and dryer).
The stylish living room opens onto the pool-side patio and features a gas fireplace, so perfect on cool desert winter nights. There is a large wall-hung smart television and two couches for comfortable entertainment. Cable, wi-fi, and free North American phone service are included.
The gigantic master bedroom (with access to a private patio and views) has its own smart TV, bathroom with quartz countertops, double sinks with black fixtures, and a dressing area. The walk-in shower has designer tiles as part of a 2021 remodel. There is a comfy California King bed and plenty of closet space. The master wing is cooled by its own mini-split AC system.
A separate guest wing includes the main guest room with a California King bed (2021 mattress) and cable TV. Another guest room has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a white quartz countertop, two sinks, and a walk-in shower with designer tile.
The unit is fully stocked and has all of the amenities you will need, from pool gear and beach towels to a mountain bike and fruit picker. The kitchen has a variety of cookware and supplies (even a juicer). There is a regular drip and Keurig K-cup coffee/latte maker.
Everything is located within the Sandpiper development designed by the famous modernist architect William Krisel and walkable to El Paseo Drive and neighborhood shops. Enjoy wonderful boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries. Close by are grocery stores, restaurants, Westfield Mall, Whole Foods, and a nearby movie theater. You can have a safe stay without a car--everything is within an easy walk or by Uber. The hosts are ready to provide advice and recommendations.
Private and pool-side patios have tables and chaise lounges. Guest parking is next to the condo, and a one-car covered garage is also available at no charge. The pool area features a covered Ramada with a grill, refrigerator, sink, and shuffleboard. There's even a putting green.
The unit has been a popular rental and has been booked continuously for eight years. If you like Sandpiper, you'll appreciate this unit for its super-walkable convenience and gorgeous views without unsightly pool gates. Rentals must be at least 28 days and generally start on the 1st day of the month. But please write if you have questions or need special assistance with booking and dates.
Pets are not usually allowed, but we will consider friendly dogs under 30 pounds with a pet fee. Children over 12 years of age are welcome with larger groups, and adult supervision is required in the common areas.
