Very comfortable villa with beautiful golf course view

We enjoyed this villa very much with 4 adults and 2 children. It was a little walk to the pool, but we usually took the car to the beach walk.

Fabulous Stay

We loved everything about this place. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and clubhouse. The villa was clean, easy to access and easy check-in/check-out. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to Seabrook. Thank you!!

We had the best time at this beautiful house in Seabrook Island. The view of the 18th green was perfect for a house full of avid golfers during Masters weekend. The home was a short walk to the driving range and practice green which was perfect for my husband and two grown sons traveling with us. Lovey neighborhood and beach for long walks and nightly sunsets. I even enjoyed seeing the porpoises feed at south beach and the inlet. The house was so clean and the layout was perfect. Plenty of balconies and windows to bring the outside in. So clean and everything we needed. This was our favorite house so far! Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful Newly Renovated house!

We had the best long weekend at this house! We had two babies with us, and it was so easy to get to the pool and the beach with strollers and gear in tow. Home has been totally renovated and the furnishings are just beautiful. Stunning view of the golf course and large double decks on the top floor! Loved it.

Nicely updated Spinnaker unit

We loved the location of the condo and the updating that the owners have done. The setup was nice with room for kids upstairs. We liked the updated bathrooms and the furniture was comfortable. We will be back! The only negative was having to kill a few roaches on the last two days of our stay. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was a little surprising as everything else had been top notch. Just a note for pest control company to keep up the regular service.

Mary, thank you for taking the time to review your stay on Seabrook Island. The Spinnaker Beach property you stayed in is great, newly updated and close to the beach/pools/and golf course! Unfortunately, the bugs you speak of are Palmetto Bugs, they live in the Palmetto Trees on the island. Very ugly, but completely harmless. We wish you would have contacted us at the first sight, and we would have had your unit sprayed immediately! We hope to see you back on our beautiful island again soon. Christine

Great location, but not cleaned well.

Location on property was great. There is no en suite master, it is a small hall bath. The house was not clean, towels were stained and dirty and sheets were dirty. Dryer did not work.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your vacation. The Spinnakers are a great location. We have spoken with the cleaners regarding the sheets/towels and level of cleaning. Technically the master bedroom is upstairs with the two king beds and has an ensuite bathroom. The downstairs bedroom does have a hall bath. Take care, Nancy
