5,450 pies cuadrados; 4 habitaciones; 3. 5 baños en 3 acres. Este es un diseño magnífico con materiales de acabado preciosos y atemporales. La casa está decorada con buen gusto con una decoración elegante, contemporánea, cálida, cómoda, divertida y versátil. La suite principal está en el piso principal, mientras que las 3 habitaciones Queen restantes se encuentran en el piso superior. La cocina grande y abierta brindará comidas fáciles y cómodas mientras disfruta de la gran vista del Valle de San Juan. Los altos ventanales que dan al valle le dan la sensación de disfrutar de su propio resort privado. Pasee por el amplio y verde césped para ver el gran estanque recién forrado ... disfrute de su propia línea de costa privada y apta para nadar. ¡Caliéntate en el jacuzzi después de un refrescante baño en el estanque! Podrías saturarte en una aventura en la isla de San Juan sin salir de la propiedad; Las actividades son infinitas. This house is incredible! We had a group of 8 people ( 3 families) and it was perfect for both privacy and gatherings. The game room is exceptional and the zip line and pond are a hoot! The outdoor space is fantastic as well. We will be going back this next summer!

Perfect!

This home was perfect for 6 adults, lots of space, comfy rooms, great kitchen and the view was off the charts! We watched lots of animals, the gameroom was fun and the hot tub was just wonderful.

Immaculately clean when we arrived and very comfortable. The hot tub and pond zipline were a blast and we had the good fortune of having of talented piano player in our group who was able to take advantage of the baby grand in the living room. Walkable (on the longer end if with younger kids/older adults) to town at Friday Harbor. Photos do not do the property justice - exceeded (already high) expectations in every way. We hope to return!

Loved the property, all the wildlife, and the fruit trees! Plenty of room, super nice hot tub and the pond was a blast! Too bad we couldn’t use the fire pit.

San Juan Getaway

Awesome place to stay with a larger group. Kitchen is great for group meals and there's so much to do on the property that 3 nights was hardly enough. 10ish minute walk to Friday Harbour was very convenient.

Best house we’ve ever rented!

The house was amazing. Incredible views of the pond/lake in the backyard and the valley beyond. There were so many fun activities to do with the lake (zip line, floating doc, paddle boat, rowboat, paddle board) that the kids always wanted to stay at the house all day. The kitchen was also beautiful and everyone enjoyed lounging in the common area. We’d love to go back someday!

Beautiful House

We booked this location for our small family reunion. The house was so specious and very fun if you have kids. Location is also great. It’s walking distance to downtown Friday harbor and all the restaurants. We would definitely go back. Luckily, we didn’t have to call the management for anything but I am sure if we did, they would have got back to us.

Relaxing, private home for a large family or group

First of all, the house is very private, situated on several acres with its own pond yet only 5 minutes from downtown Friday Harbor. The house has a game room with plenty to keep adults and kids entertained. The indoor and outdoor common areas are spacious yet cozy. The bedrooms are comfortable when you need some time away from the group. The kitchen is well stocked with a wide range of pots, pans, and casserole dishes. There are two different coffee makers to keep the caffeine flowing. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need a home that can accommodate 8-10 comfortably.

Summer Weekend

Great property, kitchen is amazing, grounds are amazing, super relaxing and enjoyable. Only issue is we had a 4:00 pm check in and we were met by the cleaners explaining the prior guests didn't check out on time so we weren't allowed to enter the premesis until 4:30. While we were getting ready to check out, the cleaners showed up at 9:30. I guess I would say just respect the time of your guests. Other than that, great stay.

Awesome property

This beautiful property is as shown and is clean! The setting is PERFECT! Obviously a well-loved property. We used pretty much every amenity: zip line (totally awesome), paddle boat (didn't use the row boat), air hockey and corn hole. The jacuzzi was hot and ready to go. The kitchen had all the utensils and pans needed, missing condiments (except salt/pepper) but King's market is close by. Home is close enough for a walk into town. The only issue was the request by the owner to empty trash, start dishwasher and start a load of towels before leaving. We did all of these, but felt this is what the cleaning costs should/would cover. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give it a 10 if I could. Great for all of us ages 4 months to 70 years. The home is beautiful and has enough room so we can all be together but not on top of each other. The pond with a zipline, rowboat and paddle boat gave us lots to do when we were not out exploring the beautiful Island. At night we sat around the propane fire table and talked late into the night. The 3 acres and pond attracted geese and deer and we loved the privacy. We used the hot tub morning and night. It is an easy walk to town so no need to worry about parking your car there. The property management company was very responsive and solved all our concerns almost instantly. We will definitely be back.
