¡Disfruta de la tecnología en nuestro condominio inteligente! Luces controladas por voz / colores claros, calor y música a través de Alexa. Hay un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con un Amazon Firestick conectado que le dará acceso a Amazon Prime Movies and Music, ¡puede disfrutar de estos servicios incluidos con su estadía! ¡Acabamos de instalar un sistema de sonido envolvente para que a través de Firestick pueda disfrutar de películas Prime, HBO y Showtime en un sonido envolvente de alta definición! (junto con shows en NBC / CBS). Alexa reproducirá música a través de Sonos y con la música de Amazon Prime, puedes escuchar casi todo lo que quieras. La unidad también viene con televisión por cable de alta definición y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. ¡Las comodidades incluyen acceso al mejor centro de recreación en Killington! Piscina interior / exterior y jacuzzi interior / exterior. Baño de vapor, sauna, gimnasio, todo incluido con su estadía sin cargo adicional. Sunrise también ofrece raquetas de nieve, esquí de fondo y equipos de patinaje sobre hielo sin cargo adicional. Great Location - perfect host

We rented units in Sunrise several times over the years. In mid season when the Sunrise lift is running it's simply the best access to the mountain. This unit has a number of thoughtful upgrades. The host was both proactive as well as prompt with all communications

Location! Location! Location!

You have to stay here! This was by far the best place we have stayed at in Killington - and my family has been coming yearly to Killington since 2001. My family and I stayed over MLK weekend. It is a true ski in ski out where it’s just walking across the parking lot and hopping on the lift. Perfect! - No lodges, no driving, no parking, no carrying skis through the parking lot and finding a spot to sit and get ready. All you need to do is get ready in the condo and hop on the slopes. It’s amazing! Other awesome things include a heated bathroom floor, like new kitchen items, lovely fireplace, comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on away from home. We may end up buying one for our home - it’s that comfortable! Also, There are labels throughout the condo letting you know what the switches do and where keys items are located. My kids loved using the sleds and pool provided at the community center. The owner is very easy to get a hold of and communicates great before during and after your stay. We are already booking our stay for next year and can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous Condo

We had a great stay the condo was clean and decorated with ski life in mind especially the bathroom. Plenty of room for 3 adults and everything was very modernAnd hi tech! Communication with the property owner was great. We would definitely look to stay again ont the future. The property amenities were great too nice big pool and 2 hot tubs . Which were great after long days of skiing. Really great place and location.

Great condo

We had a great time skiing at Killington and staying in Lawrence’s place. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. He was very communicative, made check in and check out easy, and left us a bottle of wine and coffee as an extra treat. Note it is ski on ski off when the lift is running and there’s enough snow, but if not it is a quick shuttle ride to the bear lodge.

Great place!

This condo was perfect for us and our teenage boys. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect. Super close to the sunrise lift and pool house. The property even had snowshoes, ice, skates, cross-country skis, and ski poles available to sign out, which was key for us because we forgot a set! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for us

The condo had everything we needed to make a special ski on ski off experience. It is spacious for 2 people and allowed us the access to the trails and lifts that we hoped for. Lawrence was easy to communicate with, which was reassuring. We plan to stay there again!

Exactly what we needed

Great old school place that was super clean and absolutely convenient to the Sunrise Triple lift. Enough space for us to crash when we got back with just enough amenities while we were away from home. Took my son and I for a late spring skiing trip and the place was perfect. Lawrence was super communicative the entire time and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Great ski in/out condo for the family!

We had a great weekend skiing! The condo had everything you would need, was very clean and in a great location. Easy walk across the parking lot to the sunrise chairlift and sunrise village with the pool and restaurant. Communication with the owner was very quick and easy. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great stay Lawrence!

Easy and great

Condo is just as described and pictured. Everything is well organized and labeled. Property owner is super responsive and helpful. To ski in/out, you just walk across the parking lot and there’s the sunshine lift. Zero problems, tons of fun!

This 1 bedroom was perfect for a dad daughter ski holiday weekend. The unit was exactly as described, and less than 100 feet from the Sunrise triple chair. Kitchen is fully stocked, nice entertainment system and very comfortable arrangements overall. Will stay again.

Wonderful Retreat

Our expectations were exceeded while staying at this wonderful place. From the heated bathroom floors, jacuzzi tub (for a great soak after the slopes), gorgeous views of the mountains from the patio, the kitchen was well equipped with all we need to cook for tour week stay. The automation of lights, music and tv with Alexa was very convenient. Lawrence the owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and wonderful. We left our ski boots at home and he helped facilitate the reunion of them to us with the HOA. Lawrence thank you!!!

Great ski in ski out for young family

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas break with two kids 10 & 7. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, very comfortable. The ski in ski out lift was perfect, no lines and easy to access.

Sunrise condo

Well maintained and comfortable. A great place to stay away from the crowds. Easy access to Bear Mountain and convenient for skiing back to for lunch. King bed was very comfortable. Owner communicated very well throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect for family ski trip!

We found this condo to be great for our family ski trip. The closest lift is only steps away which made it perfect for a lunch break to save $$$ and then back to the slopes. Our two kids (11 and 8) slept on one of the pull-out couches. We left the bed out during our stay and found there was still plenty of room in the living area. The master bed is super comfortable! There is no ski storage at the building but the utility closet worked fine and we appreciated the rubber boot mats to keep the floor dry. A huge bonus is the washer and dryer IN THE UNIT! We were able to pack light knowing that we could do laundry at our convenience. The only downside would be the hours of the hot tub. It was only open two nights a week (possibly COVID related) so we weren't able to enjoy it, but we did take advantage of the indoor pool, which was lovely. Lawrence sent tons of helpful information before check in. I would 100% book this condo again!

Cute little space

The unit has everything you need. Great location to skiing. All amenities that are listed are really there. The personnel shortage caused the hot tub to be open during the day until 4pm (no apres ski hot tub) and sometimes the lift not running. But the condo is everything as stated and the owner is very responsive to questions.

Well equipped condo in an amazing location

Lawrence is an amazing host and has put a lot of love into this property - a well equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, easy to use Alexa driven technology, and ample seating in the living room. Lawrence was incredibly responsive with a heating problem and resolved it very quickly. We had an amazing stay!

A nice, close place to stay for our ski trip to Killington. The chair that services the condos was not running so it was not ski on/ski off. Even so, it was a very short drive to the lifts that were open

Spring getaway

Antsy for just a little more snow time, I planned a spring break adventure for my family to Killington, VT. Anticipation had me watching snow reports and trying to gauge possible new snowstorms, but the reality was simply spring skiing! Arrival was easy (as much as it can be after 8 hours of driving :) ), and the place was well-cleaned and everything in order. Boys immediately set about to setup wireless on every device we had brought (nice service they provide!) Meanwhile we unpacked and settled in. The two pullout sofas had to be moved, just slightly to both open, but once opened, provided ample space for the boys to stake territory and start gaming! The bedroom has a nice king size bed, with a quality mattress. I slept well...and that's all that matters :) The place is essentially ski in/ski out, unless you expect to ski right to the door, the few steps through a parking lot to the last turns on Sun Dog are super easy. The Sunrise lift was turning for our first two days, but stopped for the last two days, but really that wasn't a big deal: one day we rode the shuttle, which dropped us right where we wanted to begin our day; the 2nd day, we drove to Bear Mountain, just moments away and it was easy to start/end there. We were able to ski back to the condo 3 of 4 days (probably could have the 4th, but our car was at Bear Mtn) Skiing was typical spring conditions: fast, loud, corduroy in the morning, soft, mushy proto-bumps in the afternoon. I was very pleased that the boys got fired up about moguls...not something they've spent much time on...and what better conditions that soft spring corn to enjoy? At night, we generally ate in, a couple of times doing carryout (covid times!). The boys were very excited by the Alexa-controlled lights (honestly so were we..."Alexa, make the living room light magenta and dim to 10%"). Overall, we had a nice time...would love to check it out more in the middle of winter! Lawrence was a great host, attentive to anything we needed! Ski and stay here!

My wife and I are avid skiers and outdoor enthusiasts! We both love skiing and have been section hiking the Appalachian Trail for 15 years and have completed over 25% of the trail so far.

We loved this property from the moment we saw it! The mountain views are great, the biggest ski resort on the east coast is in our back yard and the amenities were the best out of all of the 15 or so properties that we looked during our search. It's also less than a 1 minute walk to the lift! :)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

ski on/ski off. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, sauna, steam room, basically the best rec center in all of Killington. We have our a bar and restaurant at the Sunrise Cafe literally right around the corner from us. We have really cool technology in our condo, you can control so many different things through voice commands using Alexa and we have a brand new amazingly comfortable king size memory foam mattress along with brand new cookware. Also, we truly care about our guests having a great experience!
