Charming Studio under Majestic Oaks in Beautiful Country Setting

Nature loving couple, we love to travel,, hike, bike, swim and hang out with our friends. We live in grass Valley California now but we lived on the property for 23 years. We still come down and stay there when we can. we love it there.

We often get a cool ocean breeze. Our street is very rural but it is only one mile to the 101 freeway onramp ( freeway noise is negligible). There is a Main house on the property which is rented as well. It has it's own private area, driveway etc. You have to walk down a path in the Main House yard to get to the Studio. We are on a septic system and therefore nothing can go down the toilet except for human waste and toilet paper. You will be responsible you flush something down the toilet that doesn't belong. No Bleach or chemicals can go down the sinks and drains and toilet. Everything must be septic friendly and biodegradable. We have a quiet time rule between 8pm-9am. The guesthouse shares two walls with the 1 bedroom guesthouse but it is soundproofed. The only thing you can hear through the walls is deep bass played at a loud volume and jumping up and down. If you jump up and down the guest house people can hear thumping sound. Regular loud tv or talking or even yelling you cannot hear at all. So we implemented a no jumping rule. I know that sounds strange but no jumping jacks, no jumping rope or any kind of activity that involves jumping up and down or pounding the floor. I am sure that isn't a problem for most people. This is a non smoking house but if smoking a must you must get permission from the Host in writing and you will be given a designated place to smoke that isn't a fire hazard. any smoking of any kind must be approved by host or property manager including Cannabis. NO Pets. You will be given a House manual before you move int and if you rent this Studio you are agreeing to abide by everything in the house Manual Host/Owners are available any time for questions etc.
